Excellent service from all staff at broomridge post office. Nothing is too much trouble. I use this post office a lot and the late opening times are so helpful for me.

Rude staff. False advertising of closing times. Service ended with 'see yah'. Customer service at it's best, not!!! The power of not giving people parcels when the shop is open.

Rude old man working behind the post office counter told me ‘you’ll pay for any damages’ as my parcel was so big it wouldn’t sit on the scales without touching the roof! I was so shocked I asked him if he was feeling alright? He refused to answer like a child and I was ignored until I left the store… Maybe have the scales not so crowded and fire this rude old man, he is clearly not happy working here. No clue why my large package has so deeply offended him 🤷‍♀
