Don't usually enjoy fast food, but I enjoyed this MacDonald. Chicken burger was small but very tasty.

I had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by Lionie and Carter. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, making my visit smooth and enjoyable. Both were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch service!

The young girl who served me did her job so very well. I only popped in for a cup of tea, but she dealt with me very, very nicely. That is crucial because it will bring me back next time I need a quick cup of tea. Yeah, I know my review isn't about meat, but it doesn't have to be. Customer service from that young girl was 10/10 (and I would normally NEVER give full points). Deserved however...

Excellent service waiting no more than three minutes, pity about the two junkies seated outside the door begging

Food is pretty fast from the order to the table as you'd expect the staff are very nice people always cheery and welcoming.

All but case the just eat delivery man was rude to the staff, but McDonald's stuff told him to leave the shop it was so nice to see her standing up for all the stuff. Well done McDonald's you have a excellent member on the team in the Stirling shop 👏 👍 😀 👌

This is the first time I've experienced classical music playing in a Mcdonald's. It was an interesting experience, it made me feel so relaxed and had a good time. The large number of staff is also another advantage of this restaurant, as far as food is concerned, it is something you can find in every Mcdonald's restaurant. I recommend visiting and going to the level below.

It's a McDonald's but with added youths usually shouting all sorts of abuse at each other. Staff are stressed and some are scared but it's not McDonald's fault, just a bad location.

One of the best stores for McDS! Food was the best, hot, fresh...clean surroundings, well presented, staff were first class and friendly! Unlike Glasgow! Will be ad to be a return customer ❤

Linda is a great asset to McDonald's in Stirling at Murray Place. Again service was great 2day. Michelle helped me with my tray. Today 28/2/23 I was a take out but still service was great even though it was busy. Waiting times were good considering it was quite busy. Very happy with experience and definitely recommend going here for a lunch.

It's a McDonalds. What more is there to say. You either love it or hate it. Personally I find it convenient, very good value for money and managed by very polite staff. My grandchildren adore it and that wins it brownie points.

Coming from the United States, I was blown away by the courteous service, how fast and clean it was. Mcdonald's America should take note. It is an example of what those restaurants could be.

A good place for a quick bite.
Place is mostly bit crowded, but have lot of seatings, so its alright. Only had to wait 5 mins or so to get the order. Staffs are friendly. Have restroom inside. KIOSK order makes things easier. Very budget friendly.

Staff were lovely. Chips were really hot. Can’t complain. Also wrap of the day meal for £4.

Great, when we need a quick bite, when we are out shopping in Stirling.

Due to covid restrictions only the drive through was open. The fast food restaurant was extremely busy yet the staff were extremely efficient and our turn for service came very quickly. Our order was complicated yet surprisingly the staff got it correct. The quality was exactly what you would expect - it's McDonald's the food is exactly the same at every franchise what differs is the service on this occasion the service was exemplary.
