I came to Serenity for a smile makeover after visiting 2 other practices for consultation. From start to finish everything was explained and I was impressed with the initial consultation and advice given which was free with no obligation. My treatment plan was very clear with costings. I needed root canal treatment for an infected tooth and wanted 2 new crowns for my front teeth. I also opted for the airflow clean which is perfect for sensitive teeth and the Enlighten whitening which I was very impressed with. I would like to thank Dr Qureshi and Dr Khan for their amazing work, my teeth look fabulous and are healthy. I will continue to visit Serenity now as my dental care provider as I am so impressed with the services offered.

Really excellent service! Had two fillings now, one to reconstruct a broken tooth, and they did a great job each time. Friendly people who put you at ease, and give down to earth advice, without up-selling etc. Very happy to have them as my dentist going forward. 🦷😁

Fantastic surgery, Dental surgeon and staff, they really care about patients and do their utmost best to help. They look after my family so well. They are absolutely great! I would recommend them to everyone. The surgery is spotless and WC available. Mr. Qureshi kept on applying for my daughters brace and with it, her teeth are straightening nicely. If he hadn't have kept trying to get one for her, her teeth would not be straight. I can't praise them enough.

After a lifetime of no dental work at all , despite regular visits to the dentist, l had to have some dental work and was terrified. The lady dentist at Serenity dental care was patient , kind and skilful even though l was a terrible patient. She was so lovely as were all the staff. Thanks to her and those at Serenity dentist in Rugeley.

From start to finish it’s always a great experience I have always felt safe and in good hands I always feared the dentists until I met Dr Adeeb who has helped me get over my fear and always treated me with kindness and talked me through things I will always use serenity dentists as long as Dr adeeb remains here I would recommend to anyone who has has fears of a dentist 5 star service

What people don't understand is that when they go.abroad to Turkey all inclusive hotel included ,eg Instanbul or to the Sofia Dental Clinic ...in Bulgaria 🇧🇬....and when the aftercare is a 4 hour flight ✈ away ....or further in Istanbul .Why not stay with a reputable Specialist team like serenity in the UK?.....cheap isn't always the best .l.weighed up.the cost of my treatment with the professionals in Rugeley and its really very very ok .Again thank you 😊....abroad or Serenity Rugeley UK 🇬🇧..

This week I returned for a number of fillings and a clean, the fillings were required due to me scrubbing my teeth (which I have tried to stop) this has removed the enamel at the gum line my dentist repaired these areas leaving a smooth and once again a good gum/tooth line and caution me to only apply enough pressure on the electric toothbrush to guide it. As for the tooth cleaning I’m not a fan although the results are good.
If you can say a trip to the dentist was enjoyable my dentist and her assistant were very efficient and professional, see you in six months.

I've just had an initial appointment with Serenity. The baselining process was very professional and thorough. The dentist advised that I have been cleaning my teeth too vigorously, which was never mentioned by my previous dentist whom I had considered to be very competent. Thank you for that as I don't want to brush away the enamel! All together I'm pleased to be registered with Serenity.

I had a check up & then a later appointment for a filling and a teeth clean. The dentist was very thoughtful, caring and did a good job. I was very satisfied with the treatment.

Was petrified off dentist especially when told had to have tooth out what can I say this dentist was amazing explain everything what was going to happen took it out didn't feel any pain 5 stars and more highly recommended 👌 😀

My first experience at Serenity Dental Care was fantastic! I called on Thursday evening for a broken filling and was booked in on the Monday (as it wasn’t painful). The nurse and receptionist were both lovely and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist was very knowledgeable and caring. Spent time talking me through my options then put on a semi permanent filling so easily and quickly that I didn’t realise he’d even done it! Would highly recommend this lovely surgery especially if you’re a nervous patient.

I am new to the area and needed urgent dental care, couldnt be more pleased that I visited Serenity Dental Care. From the first phone call with Rachel to the treatment I received from Dr Qureshi I felt reassured and confident in the service they offered.

I needed a rear molar removing due to pain from the nerve, Dr Qureshi was thoughtful throughout making sure that the anesthetic had worked and that I couldnt feel any pain. He asked me to wait after the extraction to make sure the bleeding had stopped and took the time to go through the aftercare for the rest of that day.

I can honestly say that I felt at ease and treatment was carried out in a professional manner with care to avoid any pain. After visiting many dentists over the years I believe this surgery to be at the top when it comes to caring for the patients. Thank You very much to the team.

Excellent service at this dental practice. I first attended because of an emergency. They could see me early the next day and my follow up treatment has been completed within two weeks. The dentist, dental nurses and receptionists do an excellent job. Throughly recommended. I’ll be going back in 6 months for my check up.
