Booking with reception was great and person centred. I saw Dr Kevin uzoma as the other Dr was busy he offered to see me to save the wait. he was very professional, listend and showing a caring approach. Knowledgable refered me quickly to the hospital. Thank you excellent service. Also would like to say thank you to the nurse who was also very efficient and showed empathy and escalated me to the Gp. Also the admin staff who chaporined was kind and caring what a great team! as a patient a great experience thank you

Parking was easy as lots of spaces, was seen on time for my appointment, was looked after and sorted by Chelsea who was professional, friendly and attentative , listened to what I had to say and explained everything in detail, was my second appointment with Chelsea and was sorted on both appointments in tge same manner and would highly recommend Chelsea as she is a credit to the NHS.

My family and I have been with Sandy lane Surgery since we moved to Rugeley over 10 years ago. I am writing this review and giving Sandy Lane Surgery 5 stars today because over the past few months we have needed to visit the doctors and we can not fault anything! There has been a massive improvement on the phone waiting times, the staff that answer the calls have been very professional, polite, and very helpful. My son has needed to visit the doctors on a regular basis lately due to his ezcema and everyone has been so amazing and helpful, especially Jackie, Carl Pockett, Dr Bukky Oso and Taiyla.
One visit my son needed to have bloods taken and because of his ezcema it was very difficult to take his blood, but Taiyla managed to get blood from my son, she tried different methods and went above and beyond because she knew how important getting bloods from my son was to be able to do tests and saved us having to go to hospital to have his bloods taken. Outstanding service!
I have had the contraceptive implant which has always been done by Dr Bukky Oso and I've never had any issues. Today, I had my old implant removed and a new one put in and everything went great. Dr Oso even put some relaxing music on which helped me so much. I was so relaxed. All of the staff work so hard and deserve praise for their outstanding work. A massive thank you to you all.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to dr.c. pocket. The last few month he has taken the time to see me when I’ve had some concerns. He had been lovely and caring and has put my mind at ease with everything. He is a wonderful dr and a lively person would recommend him to anyone.

I wanted to say a very special thank you to the reception and nursing staff that helped me today. Outstanding care above and beyond. A very special thank you to Helen (a nurse sorry I don't recall her surname) but she was amazing and so supportive. Cant thank you enough.

I've always managed to get an appointment and either the doctor or nurse has been great when I've been seen.

Occupational Therapy team are fantastic

Needed 2 appointments. Rang in the morning and given 2 appointments 20 minutes apart and for that morning. Everyone very polite and friendly and everything running smoothly.

The doctors are normally able to help most patients and now that they have got rid of the call back system it's easier to talk to someone almost straight away , they just need more people to answer the incoming calls

At the moment like s ghost town but staff sti friendly and helpful

I think there good with kids and always answer in a good manner , problem is they don’t even call u on the times they say there appointments are , like I booked one today for 2pm and they still haven’t called

Often cannot get through to reception and then if and when I do, no appointments exist. Currently been on hold for 42 minutes with complete silence on the other end of the phone because after 30 minutes, the hold music and robot lady stop. I'd hang up but I'm too afraid to lose my place in the queue...if it is even still there.

When I have been able to see a doctor/nurse, the service is excellent. The nurse practitioners are especially fantastic and I've never had a bad experience - it's literally the difficulty and frustration of not being able to get to speak to a human via the phone.

Still on hold...wish me luck!
