Golden Bull

Excellent restaurant with friendly service, a nice hidden gym for your steaks and seafood.
Our son treated us to Golden Bull before going to university. We have never been (or heard) to this place before, but the service was top notch; friendly and attentive.
We've ordered the king prawn garlic and helumi sticks for starters. The prawns were large and muscular, taste was spot on - reminds us been on holiday in Spain. Main courses were steak and seafood, again, everything were cooked too perfection. In fact, 1 of the best steak I've had this year, and will replace our regular (Miller and Carter's) next time we need some nice steaks.

Overall, highly recommended restaurant and service was excellent. Well done, we'll definitely be back again.

Jack was an exceptional host who did everything he could to accommodate us. He’s the best server I’ve experienced in a long time, a real credit to Golden Bull and definitely made a big family meal even more enjoyable.

The restaurant has a cozy ambiance. Food is remarkably delicious. Had the 16oz ribeye and the banoffee pie which are incredibly delectable!
Paulo has been so attentive and had very good service from him. He goes way beyond what’s expected and accommodated us really well.
This restaurant is highly recommended if you are looking for a high rated place in Camberley. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve been twice and loved their steaks, perfectly cooked and seasoned.
The second time we went it was for my birthday and the server, Paulo, was exceptional! He was so kind, always smiling, and interacted with us in a genuine way. He went the extra miles for us and you don’t see this service often!
I highly recommend this restaurant and wish Paulo the absolute best! x

Our server, Robbie, was friendly, polite and excellent at answering any question we had and recommendations. He went above and beyond and is a credit to your company. The food was delightful having the award winning 16oz rump steak and the ultimate dirty burger with a lovely clean atmosphere.

First visit to the Golden Bull and I have to admit I was very impressed. The interior is very well presented, Jack was great, friendly and chatty and went out of his way to make the meal extra special for my Mum when we mentioned it was her birthday. It was very much appreciated and we'll definitely be going back.
And then there's the food, I had the fillet steak medium rare and it was incredible, so tasty that I almost couldn't bring myself to use the peppercorn sauce. A thoroughly great evening, highly recommended if you're considering going.

Our waiter was Vlad and we had a lovely meal this evening. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and we ordered steak, fish and chicken dishes - all were fab with no issues! Would recommend for a nice meal out, great for birthdays, dates and other special occasions 🌹

We came here for dinner on a whim as we didn’t know where to eat and omg was it amazing!
We ordered a Steak and it was delicious and very decently priced.
We were served by Paulo who was an absolute star and made our experience even better - literally cannot fault his friendly service.

Great steak house in Camberley, nice relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. Our waiter Robbie was excellent, the steak was perfect, starters too. Kids were happy too! We will be coming back!

Food was all amazing, but just had one steak that was accidentally not cooked to liking and not the best quality cut. Best burger I’ve ever had. Jack was an incredible waiter that was absolutely hilarious, read the atmosphere very well for the table, and was extremely attentive.

Such a lovely experience. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was great. However, the best part of our dinner was Paulo - one of the most attentive waiters I’ve ever met. Very knowledgeable, patient and has a warm personality. Can’t wait to come again!

Wonderful texture and taste for my steak even though it was a set lunch. Nachos was surprisingly good as well.

Great food, meat cooked perfectly. It was about £150 for me and my wife with a bottle of relatively standard bottle of wine, so certainly not a cheap meal out!

It was my first time having the porterhouse steak, and I was amazed. The most tender and flavourful steak I have ever had (genuinely), cooked to a perfect medium rare. The starters were amazing too: as a Greek I can confidently say that the tzatziki dip is up to the authentic Greek standard, unlike most restaurants’ tzatziki here in the UK which lack in authentic flavour. The prawns were so buttery and garlicky and juicy, potentially some of the best prawns I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The wine selection was lovely too. Overall the steak selection alongside with the amazing flavours and cooking techniques make the Golden Bull one of the best/if not the best “steakhouse” i have ever visited so far. I want to also thank the staff for the kind and lovely service and hospitality. We will most definitely visit again to share that wonderful porterhouse dry aged beauty!

Absolutely wonderful meal! We are not local, but a group of 5 looking for somewhere to eat whilst travelling through and we followed the reviews for The Golden Bull. They were spot on. Excellent service and perhaps the best fillet steak I’ve ever had! Our server, Nika, was very attentive and her service felt personal and thoughtful. Looking forward to coming back!
