I saw a car at Redbrook Trading that matched what I was looking for, but it was quite a distance for me to travel. James was able to talk me through the car’s history and also do a video walk round that gave me the confidence to make the trip down from Scotland. The car was as described and James was very helpful on the day of viewing/collection and I bought the car. There were a few minor issues that I only noticed in the day or two after picking it up, but James sorted them out for me and I am very happy with the car.

100% recommend. James was fantastic from start to finish and communicated everything to me and even drove 3 hours on a Friday evening to drop my new car off. My new car is absolutely amazing! Thank you James for all your help ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dealt with James regarding a PX on a 2021 Hilux InvincibleX at fairly long distance as I live in Roos near Hull. I cannot fault this young man’s work ethic, he kept me in the loop every step of the way even sourcing a roller top for the vehicle and having it fitted for me. And on top of this he hand drivers the car to me today and took my PX away. This was over and above what a run of the mill car salesman would do and I sincerely thank him for that. Top job by James and he is an asset to redbrook trading Ltd.

When I viewed the car James was really helpful and not your typical salesman. I cant praise him enough and would recommend Redbrook to anyone.

I bought the car and had an issue with the thermostat which James it sorted straight away, no questions asked.

I had been selling my own car privately via Autotrader and had attracted the usual tyre kickers, complete waste of timers and potential fraudsters. James came along and not only offered a sensible price he was true to his word on the whole process and we had a little fun along the way!

He communicated well throughout the whole process and the money was in my bank within minutes and he dealt with the DVLA side of things to boot.

Purchased a car with James on the off chance as through random conversation, he just happened to have the exact car we were after coming in. Offered us first look as he knew we were interested, and made sure viewings and test drives we're convenient to us. Was brilliant throughout with communication, and was never pushy, and when a problem arise, he went out of his way to solve it. Hoping I won't need to for a while, but I would definitely use James again, and can't recommend him enough. 10/10.

Brilliant service from Redbrook. The Mini Countryman we have just bought is great, better than we could have expected. Far and away the best experience I've had buying a car. James was very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and professional, not your stereotypical car dealer! The car itself was immaculate inside and out, 12 months MOT with no advisories and a full tank of fuel. I enquired if the original first aid kit was present in the car, it wasn't but was by the time I got there to view it he'd had one delivered. Exceptional customer service and peace of mind with a 6 month warranty. Absolutely recommend Redbrook Trading Ltd to anyone looking to buy a car.

Since the moment I walked into this established I have recieved nothing but excellent customer service. Everything was made so easy including my finance and sorting my part exchange. Nothing was too much trouble even down to the detail of delivering my new car. This is a genuine review, and I am in no way associated with Redbrook Trading Ltd, but purchasing my new vehicle through James @ Redbrook Trading Ltd was a simple process. Nice guy, reassuring, made a few adjustments and removed a tow bar for me, and changed a tyre, short notice. Drove the car home next day following viewing, once full mot and finance had been carried out, and after 7 pm on a Friday evening, collected me on both days from train station.
Reassured my faith in car traders.
I can't fault him or the vehicle. He had a job to do, and I had a vehicle to buy....

James at Redbrook trading was very efficient and helpful. I went to view the car I ended up buying within 30 mins of calling to express interest in the vehicle. I brought the drove away with the car on that day and even received a service the following week free of charge from James.
