I bought a Jaguar XF earlier in February. Reiss was fantastic on the day, great salesman and person and it was a smooth and easy transition to get the car. It did have one small issue re the fuel gauge / pump, however, he kept in constant contact and covered this expense to get it sorted as well as a minor extra whereby the garage did work that did not sort out the issue. All in all, Reiss showed on example of what quality customer service looks like and I could not recommend ST Motors Lichfield enough because of his service as well as the car I have been enjoying for 4/5 months now. 10/10

We have just purchased a new car for our daughter from ST Motors in Lichfield. As we were travelling from Cornwall, we phoned and spoke to Reiss to discuss the car and talk about part exchanging her existing car. Reiss offered us a really good price for the part exchange (subject to obviously seeing that the car was exactly as we described) and gave us all the information regarding service history on the Alfa Romeo we were looking at. We paid a small deposit to secure the car and travelled up to Lichfield. The car was exactly as promised, immaculate, and looked amazing. As agreed, after looking over the car we were part exchanging Reiss advised he was more than happy to pay thd agreed part exchange price! We highly recommend ST Motors, they will look after you from start to finish!!

Bought an older car from ST Motors, was pleasantly surprised to find it was offered with a warranty (no problems as of yet!) Reiss was very honest about the car and helpful throughout the entire process, I would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys!

I purchased the mini countryman that is back up for sale today. I returned this last night as I had this less than 2 weeks when the car broke down. Don't get me wrong Reiss is a great guy and he arranged for it to be picked up and taken to a garage if my choice. The garage I chose were aware it was under warranty. Unfortunately they advised that there was no oil in the engine. They topped the engine up checked it over and put it on the diagnostic machine. There was an old fault on there so they cleared it. Now Reiss paid for the pick up of the car but is refusing to pay the £107 garage bill. It is suggested the garage is ripping me off. Now if they were going to do this I imagine I would have received a much larger bill. This fault isn't covered by the warranty as it is general maintenance which I would have presumed would have been checked pre sale. If you want such a car I recommend you go elsewhere as I returned it due to not knowing what damage was caused for later down the line. If your looking at other cars then I would recommend you go and see them. You will get good service and a great warranty.

Purchased a car from here, nothing but trouble, purchased mid January already spent £700 on the car that costed 7000+ and now the car is in a garage that the warranty company advised but didn’t approve the work so I’ll have to dish out £960 for new intake manifold, and also looks like a broken rocker cover gasket and I can see oil down the corners below, I wouldn’t go near this company again.

None of this work was accepted by warranty company, they found me a garage I took my car there, paid for initial investigation to be told my claim has been denied as they do not cover anything I have issues with, so no you would not have been able to sort this under my warranty because I already tried to

Hi MC, thank you for your response. We are disappointed to hear that the warranty company you were provided with have not been able to meet your vehicle needs. Since your vehicle purchase, we have changed our warranty company with a company which offers a more comprehensive cover.

Both at the time of sale and after sale, different levels of cover were offered via upgrade over the standard 6 months cover we provided inclusive of the sale.

Our aim at ST Motors is to provided quality used cars to which we pay for the initial 6 months of warranty so you do not have to. Our more recent warranty coverage is now one of the maximum level of cover available on the used car market. We have made this decision to avoid any future disappointment.

You sold me the car saying the warranty company you was using was the best for second hand cars so I wouldn’t believe what you say now.

I tried to upgrade my warranty actually after and was told my bronze cover was the highest cover for vehicle my age 2016/17 and my mileage approx 75000, so I think you have to do abit more research on the companies you use and stop lying to everyone.
