Alex at Arcadia is tops. My van went in with big problems. He investigated and constantly kept me in the loop. Now my van is fixed and running like a new puppy!😊 I had quotes from a couple of garages and they were significantly more expensive to the tune of £750. 😳

Alex has worked on our families cars since he was an apprentice, always honest and wouldn't replace anything that did not need replacing. Now he has his own place we still deal with him even though it means a bit of a journey, top man, recommended to all friends and family. Would give more than 5 stars if that was possible. 10/10 for honesty, courtesy and integrity

I've used Alex for my vehicle repairs for a long time now, and have always got a high level of information from him throughout the work he's done, he works well with people and certainly won't rip anyone off, he's 💯 a genuinely decent down to earth mechanic!

Recommended to me via my Dad so they have to be good. Had an issue since Dec with my engine management light on my Mokka which Arnold Clarke were unable to fix and wanted to charge £178 just to plug it in to complete the diagnostic check. Took the car to Arcadia, Tony went through a process of elimination took his time to research to find a number of solutions trying the simplest first and it worked - one week later of driving the car around no light displaying on the dash, and the car feels different whilst driving. Cant praise the customer service enough, if you haven't used Arcadia before please do - lets support our local businesses.

MOT'd my Subaru at short notice and got me back on the road. Absolute legend and lifesaver. Very welcoming and really nice guy. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning

Excellent service!
Called Saturday afternoon with an urgent problem - took it straight down - diagnosed it and ordered the part and went back this morning to have it fitted.
Everyone really friendly and felt very comfortable.
Will use regularly now

Fantastic, honest garage. I am away on holiday in the area and was hopeful that I could get the car MOTd without much notice. Even though the garage was busy, they fit me in for a MOT while I waited. They were very friendly and efficient. Only negative is that this garage isn't near where I live. Can't thank you enough.

Can’t rate these guys high enough. Fitted me in at short notice for a new washer pump (told by another garage that was the issue). Turns out I only needed a fuse after Arcadia looked at it. Will definitely use again and my partner will be using him too! Friendly and honest company 😊

Fantastic service. I had an MOT failure at a main dealer - they fitted me in and did the necessary work swiftly and *much* cheaper than the dealer. Very happy customer, this is the garage we’ll be using for all our cars from now on. Highly recommended.

Just had an exhaust repair and MOT done at Arcadia and cannot recommend them enough. Lovely staff who got the job done, my car now drives like a new car and brilliant prices. Have already recommended to a number of people. Won’t be going anywhere else again

My husband took his Range Rover Sport here after it failing its MOT and the service has been outstanding. Repairs from failed MOT were dealt with quickly and a very good price. Unfortunatley for both us and the Tony the car developed another fault, but this was dealt with also and the car is back up and up and running. He also MOT it. Tony is a excellent mechanic and very customer focused... he's not out to make a quick buck and cares about pleasing the customer. Would highly recommend.

Superb service and value. Repaired my car on two different occasions at short notice, once for an exhaust replacement and the second for a brake fluid leak. Both times the price was significantly cheaper that other quotes with a quick service. Have also used for MOT's which have been excellent. Will always use this garage in the future. .

These guys are seriously great, their customer service is outstanding and their work is just as good. I struggle trusting garages after being ripped off a few times, but Arcadia have been 100% honest with me and saved me over £100 after Halfords told me I needed 3 new tyres when in fact I only needed one! They’ve helped with a problem car we’ve got and explained everything in the process, and kept us entertained whilst we were waiting!
