Super friendly and professional charity shop with excellent merchandising, layout and presentation.
The windows are always superbly dressed and I believe have even won awards. The manager and her team, Lynn, Julie and the many volunteers pay incredible attention to detail.

What a lovely shop clean pleasure to shop there

There aren't many clothes for me because I'm a size 4 or 12-13 but otherwise there is so much there and many books because I love reading. My mum and nan also like looking around, especially at the pictures and ornaments 😂

Big and bright with friendly staff.

Not dog friendly despite many Sue Ryders being friendly and allowing dogs. A favourite past time is taking my small dog around charity shops where she is usually made a fuss of and given treats. I'm less likely to buy from a place where my dog isn't welcome and more likely to spend much more where my dog is treated well.

Picked up few plant pots , a sign , and few other things , lady want me to put plant pot in a bag basket , who put pots in a bag?? They will hit each other and break, i said I can leave it on a table , she said put it in a bag, so I left everything there for her to look after it and left. Very unhelpful woman approx 3pm today

This used to be a friendly, reasonably priced charity shop. Not anymore,, most expensive in Bude. The male manager watches you all the time, quite creepy. He stands at the door at the door quarter of an hour before closing like a Sargent Major, telling you in a sharp tone to hurry up, really intimating. Not s friendly shop.

Usually love shopping here and the ladies are so helpful. Arrived today at quarter to 4 to be told by a man who referred to others as 'his staff' that he wasn't allowing anyone in after 10 to 4. Pointed out that it was only quarter to but he was having none of it. A real shame and a wasted 40 mile round trip.

The lady closed the shop 20 mins early, just so she could go shopping in B&m.
Bad management, you are running a shop for charity, shop on your own time, not waste other peoples time. Has been reported to main office
