Coco Blush Boutique

Visited coco blush boutique in Abergavenny today and bought a lovely light coat for summer. Really vibrant and stylish. It made me feel very smart when I looked in the mirror. Staff were very helpful, and there was so much choice of lovely outfits.

Visited Abergavenny yesterday and found this fabulous shop, my kind of clothes purchased 3 items, quality, colour and display all great. There was one item I wanted but not in my size, the kind sales assistant said she would ring the other shops and post it onto me, unfortunately they did not have my size. Asked if they had a online shop to my disappointment no, to the owner please consider this. Great clothes.

Greeted by two lovely staff, purchased a georgeous blue jacket, lovely quality. Going back next week while the sale is on.

One staff member, bit over watchful. Made me feel like a shoplifter

Some really nice clothes, others not so, but wow, for the 4th time of going in there (thought I would give it another go), I was hovered over by either one or even two members of staff at all times! One told me she wasn't following me (clearly was, as did nothing apart from touch odd items and watch my every move, then followed me back down the shop!). Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Interesting when I mentioned it to a friend, she said she and people she knows have experienced exactly the same in there.
Was out looking to spend serious money on various Christmas clothing presents today.
Big mistake, HUGE!

Spent £90.00 + returned one item ( a few days later )to find out i could not have a refund!!! thought ok ill go with that! but to find out that the credit note would only last for one month!!! ...... ( why ) and i could not use it in any of there other shops WHY!!!!! only Monmouth!!! which i think is so unfair as i have to travel to Monmouth only!!!! I will never purchase from the shop again! ALTHOUGH ONE of the assistants was lovely and very helpful the lady with very short hair.
Really disappointed !!!!

Don't shop there
Lady is not helpful. I was given a voucher from my daughter for mother's day.
I lost it but can prove the transaction for £50. I was showed the only voucher not credited on the receipt book, matched voucher date amount still not willing to honour. I have bought a lot in this shop before but this is the last.
