I haven't had anything complicated done, so my experience of the service is limited, but the inner tube and outer tyre on the back wheel of my bike were changed immediately, without my having to leave it at the shop and go back later, which was very welcome. The price seemed very reasonable.

I asked about getting my bike serviced and was pleasantly surprised to be told (after a quick check) that it didn't really need a service. Some businesses would just have taken the money ...

Great buying experience. The bike was exactly as described, if not slightly better! Quick and clear communication. Dmitry clearly knows his stuff, had set up the bike to be ridden immediately, and was happy for us to try it out. Highly recommend for second hand bikes or repairs.

The gear cable on my bicycle snapped just before I arrived at work. I popped in between meetings and he fixed it whilst I waited, which was not long. He also tuned the gear alignment and checked the brakes. Very good value and very useful to have bike repair on the Science Park. Thank you!

I bought my Merida road bike from Dmitry a month ago and it has been absolutely brilliant, I could not fault it. His second hand bikes are all in fantastic condition, fully serviced and cleaned, and at a far more reasonable price than bike shops in central Cambridge. Would definitely recommend a visit

Lovely little bike shop on the science park. I went there today to buy some pedals for an absolute bargain. I Will be going again at some point to get my bike serviced.
