Called in on Saturday with a query about my phone and could not have been treated any better anywhere the assistant Kevin was absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for me and explained everything in a way I could understand .even though I live in bolton I will definitely call in again when my contract is up ..many thanks Mr ryley

Had an excellent visit here today. Had some issues with my phone and the team in store were simply fabulous! They totally understood my concerns and were able to get my phone working again in what felt like no time at all. Would certainly recommend, 5 stars!!

Went to the O2 store in Southport today because I couldn't get any help from O2 online.
Nathan at O2 in Southport was great he was very knowledgeable,helpful ,& friendly. He fixed my phone & I was able to make phone calls again & have wifi calling.

Called in today for a screen protector and case for my new Samsung phone. Was served by Daniel who fitted the protector and set the phone up for me. Great service. I would thoroughly recommend this broch of O2.

I went in looking for a mobile case and screen protector. The mean who dealt with me, who I think was the manager, offered to fit the protector, which I was very grateful for, after struggling with two other, inadequate products, from elsewhere.

Best service I've ever had from a mobile phone store. I'd been with EE for years, but found the staff in that store unhelpful and unwilling to fix anything unless it meant selling you something new; the OPPOSITE with O2. After not having any success with EE I went into their store on Chapel Street, Southport, and they were willing to help me without the hard sell. I didn't commit that day, but went back and since then have had amazing help from Anna, Ken and Jo, who are always so friendly and willing to go out of their way for you. Prices better than EE, their knowledge and expertise far exceeds the competition, there's never that awful wait time that makes you reluctant to even go into a mobile phone store for help, so overall, a complete winner for me! I purchased their own brand "1+" phone- was going to go for the S9 and really was looking for a great camera. Am delighted with my phone!

Love the refurbishment! Makes use of the space! Staff friendly and great! I was only picking up something I ordered online but soon as I walked in I was greeted and seen to in no time! Wonderful service
