Co-op Food - Banks - Hoole Lane

Helped me out of a fix tonight, when my car broke down. Staff members came to my aid and l am humbled by their kindness and willingness to help. Local heroes in my opinion 🙂

Staff are lovely good service, other moaners on here want to get a grip, stock needs replenishing for you to purchase you doophas!

Best coop around.

Spacious shop.. good parking.. excellent staff...open good hours..only downside the prices are mostly convenience store..but then you don't have to travel so far..

Small shop for the size of the village which has an aging population freezer selection extremely small however staff friendly and helpful clean store

Great staff ,but a bit pricey for some things that are a lot cheaper in other shops and as we have quite a lot of older people and young families thought it could do better

The staff are lovely the only problem I've had a few times is the milk as when I've bought it an went to use it the next day the milk is off so yesterday the 28th Feb I bought a pint as that's all I needed as being on duty in my job an went to use it this morning an the milk is of an the date on carton is 7th march

As a convenient store it can be pricey. But the staff are luvly.

Bad layout, not thought it through at all. Very difficult to find what you want, even after several visits. Ridiculously over priced. Staff are awful, not helpful, since self service checkouts in place.
Given the ageing population in Banks, not everyone is competent at using self service.
The previous Co OP was much more sensibly laid out.
