Heard they put live music on, so went to see a Ska band, had great evening, a great atmosphere, a real good time

Stayed in Rugeley for 2weeks had a fantastic time every night a different appetiser from DJs to karaoke to a free pool night, drinks were top notch, staff was amazing friendly, a loving family run pub,

Still great clean tidy. Reasonable price for drinks. Staff friendly and courteous.

Has recently been taken over and has been freshened up. Lookin nice. I will always have a special place in my heart for the decor of the 90s with the cannons and rope on the walls, the poop deck and the "drunkards drop" at the bar that led to many a spilt drink, but a decent makeover and little bit of live music on occasions. Today I caught some guys doing a nice rendition of Valerie.👍

Recently reopened. It was the Vaults but now back to its original name . Vibrant atmosphere, good staff and good beers at decent priced

Seems trying to be night club, not my kinda place, limited choice of beers
