Southern Bathroom Services designed and installed our stunning new bathroom. Richard is not just a highly skilled bathroom fitter, He is also meticulous in his planning and his computer aided design so that all parts arrive on time and you know exactly how things will look before the work even begins. We will use Southern Bathroom Services again.

Topaz bathrooms renovated our family bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom. We highly recommend the company on every aspect of the work, which was completed to the highest standard. The quotes and timing were accurate. If Richard is booked up with work, it is worth waiting for him to be available. He and his wife Julie helped us select the designs, and Julie’s input was very helpful too, having a good sense of what we wanted. We would recommend listening to Richard’s advice on products; he really does know what’s best. Richard always kept everything tidy and left our house clean each day. We recommend him 100%.

Richard was absolutely fantastic - providing invaluable advice at the design stage - really listened to what I was after and was able to provide practical advice. I was particularly grateful for Richard’s meticulous attention to detail as I am very fussy about the design and finish. The finish of the work was excellent and I love my bathroom. Richard was incredibly tidy while carrying out the work and I was very surprised by the minimal disruption. Richard (and team!) did an outstanding job and we are thrilled with our brand new bathroom. Allowing Richard to project manage was a good decision as it meant everything was ready and in place at the correct time and we were kept fully informed and updated throughout on progress. Richard is a real perfectionist and this shows both not only in how he dealt with us from our initial contact to the end but also in the quality of his workmanship. He was very thorough and takes huge pride in everything he does. We won't hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Richard was amazing, I couldn't rate him higher. When we first contacted him we had no idea about anything, but he was so patient talking us through all the options, telling us of possible pitfalls and helping us choose the best bathroom for us. Using his VR headset to visualise the design also helped finalise options. Richard then did an amazing job installing the new bathroom and was really professional throughout. He was a perfectionist and had the same standards for our job as he would do for his own home.

In 2018 Richard and his team fitted a new bathroom and we wanted nobody else to fit a new kitchen and utility room for us too. This work was completed recently and we are delighted. We are grateful every day for the high standard of work. Thank you - and also for being such welcome and pleasant guests in our home, always clearing up at the end of each day and ensuring that our everyday lives were as normal as possible. We have already booked our next project with Topaz!

Subsequent to our review above, we had Topaz fit a new kitchen and utility room and subsequently a new cloakroom. As before, we were highly delighted and continue to recommend Topaz highly.

I literally couldn't recommend Richard enough. He was courteous, professional, tidy, punctual, excellent at communicating, and the completed work was to an exceptional standard.

Richard responded to our initial enquiry very quickly, sent a quote promptly and then spent a considerable amount of time with us to ensure that we were 100% happy with the design of our en-suite. He continued to consult us on every decision during the installation of our en-suite and paid attention to detail, meaning that everything was finished off to a high standard. Always tidy and punctual, we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Richard & Julie turned our old bathroom into something that wouldn't look out of place in a 5 star hotel. They are true professionals with a perfectionists touch. They were a pleasure to have in our home & left zero mess at the end of every day. Thanks again!

I was dreading this major refit of my bathroom but
Richard made the whole project as painless as possible. We did hit a few snags but he just got on with finding a solution rather than blaming other trades which is often the case.

Very professional team removed our old bathroom and fitted a completely new one. Fully tiled floor and walls; new ceiling with LED lighting. Lovely new units. All the family love our new bathroom.
