These guys know how to treat customers. Had the pleasure of being looked after by Nathan for our new bathroom furniture, who could not have been more professional and helpful, along with Sean and Dennis for tile selection who were equally polite, professional and helpful. What an excellent service, thank you very much!

We have had a fantastic experience with Park Street Bathrooms. We worked through a design we had created with Becky the showroom manager and she was able to make great suggestions around the products we wanted to source. We have been able to source mid to high end priced furnishings in one place. Importantly, the follow up service from Becky and the team at Park Street has been nothing short of amazing! We have had our few issues resolved quickly and with the friendliest of service. Highly recommend them. The peace of mind and customer care has been outstanding!

I have used Park Street Interiors for 2 major bathroom projects and found them to be excellent and would highly recommend. The product range is very good, much of which is on display in their showroom and they worked with me to find the right options within my budget. The best thing about dealing with Park Street Interiors is their friendly & efficient customer service. One had some damage on one cabinet and they got onto the supplier and replaced it immediately.

I have just had my bathroom done by Park Street Interiors and have to say that they were excellent. Design done by Andy who did a brilliant job in listening to what I wanted and created my dream bathroom. Kevin from Park Street installed my bathroom and did any excellent job, he was professional and very neat and tidy. I had a couple of problems with damaged stock and Andy and Paul dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently. My bathroom looks amazing . I would have no problem with recommending Park Street Interiors to anyone.

Recently went in to pick up a Hansgrohe Axor item for a bathroom project, came out with a wealth of product knowledge and another item from them. The sales team especially the manager Paul Boyd was excellent. His friendly and helpful approach to customer service was brilliant. Willing to go the extra mile to help and get in contact to the suppliers to solve an issue we also had. We walked away very happy and with all problems and questions sorted and answered.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for just parts or the whole oversight of your design!

Went to see Park Street interiors after popping in to look at the adjacent tile showroom. I was surprised with the well presented showroom and the very experienced showroom staff. They couldn't do enough and accommodated my budget and even delivered direct to our house. Fabulous service - something thats not so easy to find these days. So pleased.

Great service, although we didn't end up using the design in the ensuite bathroom, we did in the family bathroom, and the customer service and advice provided by Andy were top notch. No quibbles about replacing faulty parts or last minute changes. And their prices were competitive with other online retailers for the same brands.

I have used Park Street Bathrooms for my whole house renovation, consisting of 1 family bathroom and 3 en suites plus a loft en suite. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and he's been absolutely fab, however all the staff there are really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I am always in and out of the showroom and feel like part of the team now :)

The design process is great, I could see all my bathrooms on the computer, via email or on print outs. I've been able to see if the shower door will open in tight areas and for an added bonus, they've put the tiles in I have chosen from Ceramic Tile Warehouse (also onsite) to the visuals and can see the whole bathroom come together and whether it works or not.

Coming to the end of my renovation, I'm currently having my loft done which has been a design challenge, I've sat with Andy again and he has brought my loft to life with ceiling heights and eaves on the computer and can see the loft from every angle possible and we've discussed in detail every possible design for the bathroom and I'm really happy on what we've decided. It's been such a help having him to talk it through with.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and prices are very competitive. The whole company at Bridge Street is definitely worth a visit, from tiles, carpets, kitchen and of course bathrooms!

It's been quite a few years since we visited this brace of suppliers in the industrial estate - we last used them to tile our bathrooms and kitchen.

We are now building a house and decided to pop in to "just take a look at some tiles" one Saturday afternoon. Consequently, we have ended up looking at bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, flooring....on it goes. Everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to give advice on layouts, design and products that will most suit our needs. They are willing to work within our budget, advising when we can save time and money and when we need to think carefully about the design aspects to achieve the outcome we desire.

Andy and Ben in the bathroom department, Dennis in floors, Enrico in kitchens as well as the tile guys have all been instrumental in helping us with new ideas and concepts (having to think about the rooms, floors and walls all at once is quite mind-boggling) and they have managed to make the process much less stressful for us.

We ordered a bathroom earlier in the year and dealt with Ben, we were very pleased with the advise we received and the bathroom arrived on time. The after service is excellent and any issues have been sorted out promptly.

A great range of products for all rooms of the house. I had a kitchen and some bathrooms provided.
Such a friendly reception and knowledgable staff, they come highly recommended and look forward to using them again. 5 stars!
