ABL were recommended when I urgently needed to replace a small part for my toilet cistern push flush. They managed to fix the part I already had, there & then, with a couple of small tweaks. They advised to return if the flush still failed & I needed to buy the part - but it's so far worked. Thank you very much

Absolute heros. My Nan's outside pipe burst this morning. I know nothing about plumbing but know how to use a spanner. Went to A.B.L with some pictures and the closest fitting spanner I could find. The burst pipe wasn't needed so wanted to blank it off. Took them minutes to determine the size and the part needed. New part fits like a glove and only cost £2.50. I can not recommend this business enough!

ABL have just supplied us all our requirements for renovations to bathroom cloakroom and en-suite. Nothing was too much trouble, delivery was at a time that suited us and a minor issue that arose on a product from "Eastbrook" that they supplied was quickly resolved and replaced in 48 hours. Thoroughly recommended. Prices were very competitive and they even advised on items that we could source cheaper elsewhere.

I have been to A.B.L several times over the last 6 1/2 years. Nothing is ever too much trouble and being the lowest diy level you can find, I never feel belittled. I take in a much info as I can, sometimes photos and with they're superb knowledge and service they produce the answers. My shower door is now fixed with the uniwheel part they recommended as my actual make was out of stock and this model they said was stronger. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you A.B.L.

Was told by other suppliers and plumbers "you won't get one of those" water pump thing ? a.b.l. had it in stock and half the price, I also wanted a glass shower door seal, most places wanted to sell me the whole door, a.b.l. in stock job done. friendly good service, thanks guys 😀👍

I know next to nothing about plumbing but you have always been very helpful with free advice (and demonstrations) and always have, or found, the parts I've needed - even if they are over 15 years out of date.
