I was needing help with an email problem plus wanting to know and set up the most cost effective way to use my phone etc. while travelling in Europe. Dee spent over an hour going through various options and then setting up my preferred one on my phone. She also worked on my email problem working methodically checking each stage. I have always had great service at this shop (as well as getting good deal!) which is why I have stayed with Three. Thank you.

Such an excellent service at the 3 shop in Leamington Spa today. Izzy spent a very long time helping to sort out the problems which I had with my mobile phone. She gave clear information, and was very patient, plus all steps needed were written down for me for future reference. Such kind, friendly and knowledgeable customer service is rarely seen in businesses these days. I will be back, thank you Izzy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tyler was absolutely outstanding today he helped me to enable Siri on my iPhone, he is a genius as well as a top bloke. Simon is also very kind and helpful and Mike the store manager is a legend too. Bea has always been kind to me and I remember her from her previous role as you never forget good customer service! Thanks to all at the store and please do give them the recognition they deserve. I needed to buy a mobile Wi-Fi for working offsite this week. After failing to get a mobile Wi-Fi from two other shops, I tried Three at Royal Priors in Lemington Spa. Aidan who served me was extremely helpful and considered. He was well-mannered and detailed with his explanation on the contract I was going into. As there wasn't a mobile Wi-Fi that I could use there, I had to take the plunge to buy one to test. Thank goodness it worked and that has subsequently allowed me to work off my hotel room for the rest of the week. Thank you Aidan, you're an important asset to your branch and a star! Keep it up!

Did an online upgrade in February and have been unable to use the phone since 3 days after setting it up. Samsung most unhelpful on several occasions. Found the need for husband to visit our nearest Three store. One member of staff helped him with his upgrade whilst Simon sorted out my very expensive paper weight problem. Was not easy but he refused to give up until he solved the problem.

I called in Sunday afternoon and was met by Lara who was, quite simply, outstanding. Her patience with me ( I know precious little about phones ) was terrific. She clearly explained all the options available to me, made useful suggestions as to what would work best and then found the ideal phone for my needs. I found her attitude exemplary - and her kind consideration together with overall the deal she put together for me was just perfect. 'Three' should be justly proud of this young ladies abilities. Lara - thank you for setting the phone up for me too, and your service was just fantastic. Next time I need anything, phone-wise, you will get my business again! Very well done indeed. Reviews don't get any better than this - but you have fully earned it....!

As everyone knows, shopping for a new phone contract can be draining and difficult, especially when you spend a lot of time trying to find the contract which best suits you. I recently went into the Three store in leamington Spa and I could not be any more pleased with my experience. I was pleasantly surprised when James helped me find a contract which suits me to a T, without trying to throw any un-necessary add-ons in. The deal he got me was exceptional, and it didn't cut any corners. I can honestly say my experience at Three was great, all thanks to James and his exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone, and will always mention to ask for James.

Went into 3 to try and retrieve my contacts which somehow got deleted. Simon and Lara were brilliant. Simon got them back and Lara sold me a new contract.
