Homebase - Leamington Spa

Get most of my bits an bobs for gardening here, normal an array of prices like from aldi to waitrose lol, normally always got whats needed! Pics wise, either the pots or plants or both were bought from homebase.

This is the onestop shop if you want for your home. After christmas loads of sale for Christmas things. I buy loads for my Christmas for 2024 because it a great savings. I order online and pick it up here the thing is quite easy staff are professional and very helpful for the products and services would you like to know. They offer their service go and beyond. The lady just help me lift the box is quite look after her retirement age already but she is very strong. I really appreciate it and say a lot of thank you to her. Thinking about the back hurts later but the people working here deserves praise and increment because they are such a very good in job they are doing. Keep it up.

The customer service I received by Sheila today was so refreshing. She was so helpful, had great advice and made me feel like me leaving happy was important to her! We need more Sheila’s in the world! Thank you 🙏

Very busy must be the time of year for DIY ing...one cashier didn't know her name said you don't want this walked away and came back you want this really ..meaning prunning shears..2 for the price of 1 ..same price of one but got 2 pairs ...nice

I recently visited the Homebase store in Leamington to buy a selection of paints. I had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee named Shiela. Her professionalism, patience and personality were second to none! Shelia, it was so nice to meet you and thank you for all of your help! You are a credit to your company!

Well stocked and very helpful staff, usually can always get what I need

brought myself a yellow pillow for £8 and a bav for 30p, and the staff were really polite - and went and recorded a platform lift because I like platform lifts

Stuff quite helpful and generally know what they're talking about when you ask him for something is a bit small so you can't always find everything that you need there. And there's often only one till open, but I assume that probably because they're not extremely busy

Visited this branch for the first time yesterday. There was some confusion with the pricing of one item but the staff there were excellent and went the extra mile to sort it out for me. They even loaded all my purchases onto a trolley and took it to my car for me! (Probably trying to get rid of me 😆) Lovely guys, perfect customer service.

Scott went above and beyond to help. I was accidentally given the wrong version of the item I ordered. Having had a nightmare of a journey, because it wouldn't fit the car, and the wrong item, he offered to bring the correct item to me, despite the distance. This was much more than I expected and highly appreciated. Superstar!

Normal range of Homebase goods and services but I would like to give a big shout out to the guys on the timber cutting service who were both friendly and knowledgeable and did everything that could be done to be helpful.

My husband and I visited your store last week and were delighted with the garden furniture we bought. But it was your fantastic staff who made this possible. Several of them went out of their way to find the chairs we were looking for, which weren’t on display. They also suggested suitable tables to go with the bamboo style chairs. And all this was done with interest, care and humour! It was very refreshing to be on the receiving end of excellent service. We were so impressed I decided to write this review which is something I don’t usually do!!!

Went to store to collect online purchase having phoned prior and spoken to Martin who confirmed he had my parcel.
Arrived at 1min to losing time. As promised Martin was waiting and took me straight to customer service desk to collect parcel.

The shop assistant was really helpful. She explained to me what bits I would need for a power drill and how to choose the correct size of bit in the future.She made sure I had the correct Rawl plugs and bits for my project. Nothing was too much trouble.

Clean and tidy store, at busy times parking can be a little difficult as not the biggest car park but usually you only have to wait a few mins before a space becomes available. Good variety of DIY items with good deals on.
Also has flooring and kitchen fitting in store too.
Outdoor area with plats and pots also.
Staff always friendly and happy to offer advice when asked.
Also you can click and collect item online and collect within an hr.

Hi, went to buy my mum a plant.... Homebase had a wide selection the plants were being watered this was in the heat wave...... There were some that had suffered from the heat but I still managed to get a nice plant not a bad price either 😂👍 well done make it happy 👍😁..... The wanzl gates still look good, the ones I helped to fit many years ago 👍😂
