Wanted to thank Conner for great customer service. He was knowledgable and sorted out my sim card FOC. I did leave a trust pilot review but it was removed as i didn't have any documentation to prove I was genuine reviewer. I hope Conner gets to see this one. Thank you again.

Wanted to give a big thank you to Kyle! Was a huge help when it came to choosing a new phone and helped me approve of my application on the same day allowing me to take my new phone which I really needed. Easy to chat to and knows that he’s talking about. I would recommend this branch when looking to upgrade or look for a new contract.

Special mention to Ravi for helping me find the charger I need for my new phone. He was very friendly and had me out of the store in no time. Easiest purchase yet. Thanks Ravi!

I had a very positive experience in the Leamington Spa store. I have 2 contracts, one for me and one for my wife. I was with 3 and my wife with Vodafone, both contracts in my name. 3 could not give me anywhere near the deal I got from Vodafone and now both phones are with them. Yes queuing in the shop is not ideal but they do get busy and they do have a system like the apple store. I could browse the phones and not worry about losing my place in the queue. The assistant Ravi was very helpful and got me what I wanted. He answered all my questions and those of my wife also. The emergency services use Vodafone which is why I opted for them, that and my wife seems to get signal wherever we go. Overall I would recommend them as they do look after existing customers and have great discounts on multiple handsets on the same account.

Oh the tawdry misery, the slight of hand, the utter bewilderment of these shabby temples. "Be connected" they say ... but in reality they pedal an insidious and creeping isolation, an illusion of companionship and relevance in a dark and empty room.

Great service, I was really stuck and online support suggested I go to a Vodafone shop and they were fantastic! Once I was served I was sorted out within 15 minutes, thank you!
