Public toilets are close by, as is the seafront and plenty of restaurants and takeaways.

Lovely place to visit. Playground with Seaview allowing for the kids to play and enjoy their time while we enjoy the beautiful sea. Plenty of restaurants and cafes available in the area, amazing variety and quality. Toilets are very close to the playground. Plenty of car parks in the area makes so you don't worry about this. We live nearby so we go pretty often, always there's something new to try and see.

Great for kids & pubs & restaurants all around. I have an Airbnb holiday let just up village lane, a minutes walk called fisherman's cottage, it's bright orange, you can't miss it. All my guests say the kids love the play area, & the adults love the many local pubs!!!!

This is always a pleasant place to stop on the walk along the sea front. Situated between Prezo and Verdi's it offers some shade, benches, nice planting, mini golf, a children's play area and ready access to eat in or take out dining. There are some rough and ready public loos. There is paid and (if you are very lucky) free on road parking. The area is kept clean and tidy. The children's play area is well fenced in, with modern play equipment and only one gate in and out. Because of the busy road a careful eye must be kept on any child who may be tempted to climb over the fence. The road doesn't really detract from the pleasantness of the area as seating is situated generally on the sea-side allowing the noise to diminish. It's always busy and well loved by locals and visitors alike. Dog owners: please keep your dog on a lead, and pick up after it. Keep Swansea nice for everyone.

Only walked through this area on.our way back to the car but have spent many hours here in the past when our children were young. A lovely play area and crazy golf. Many of the eating establishments have put up marquees in the area to increase the space for people. It's all looking very cosmopolitan

It's a lovely area to just sit and enjoy the surrounding area, you can play minature golf on your own, or with who ever, also tennis courts, have to check availability, beautiful bowls green. But you have to be a member, but still really relaxing to just watch, but they are on lookout for new members.
There is a nice play area for kids and space to walk pooches, They have a bandstand, not sure of band times etc.
And if you want something to eat and drink, there are plenty of places opposite to find what you desire, especially good old Trams cafe, plus plenty of watering holes if you desire a alcoholic beverage.

Amazing seafood hut highly recommed

Lovely children's playground. Our 2yr old grandson had a great time there despite there being a lot of older children using the equipment - they were all very considerate.

Nice kids playground

We sat down Southend just outside Carlton's and it was lovely. The weather was nice, the pub and staff were great. Nice way to spend the day before lockdown.

Lovely place for the kids to enjoy fun&games and right next to a great family friendly Crazy Golf, plus a boules pitch something for everyone.

Very nice place, great for an afternoon stroll, by the sea front.
Was nice to see other people out enjoying the good weather. Lots to see and do, for all ages.

Great new food service from The side Plate on the front. Best vegan wrap I've ever tasted. Brilliant !
