From initial contact to arrange airport transfers to Cardiff Airport communication has been fantastic. We had two female drivers who were extremely friendly & made the experience of getting to and fro the airport not only relaxing but enjoyable both very personable and extremely helpful & polite. Even with a delay on our return, they tracked the flight to make sure they were there for us. We had minibuses both times as a party of 6 on the way out & 5 on our return both cars were spotless and clean. Thankyou for great service would definitely recommend & use again.

Outstanding service from James Taxis. I hired 2 minibuses for wedding guests, including children, for a 90 minute journey. They were all impressed at the punctuality, cleanliness and comfort of the vehicles and the friendliness of the drivers. Definitely went above and beyond. James Taxis is my first choice every time.

We hadn't used a shuttle service before so we were concerned collection would happen.. However had excellent communication from the office and John our driver. John was great arrived early and we had smooth journeys so would definatly use again..thanks guys..
