We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.
I have an amazing stylish kitchen with modern appliances that I love. I don't know how I survived without a Quooker tap and its a dream to have sparkling water on demand with the Cube addition.
From start to finish everyone involved was professional and friendly. They kept to the time schedule which these days seems rare and any queries were dealt with efficiently. A special thank you to Shaun who is an invaluable member of the team and appeared to be able to solve any issues we had.
I would post photos but we are still waiting to decorate so any now would not do the kitchen justice.
I have no hesitation in recommending Birkdale Kitchen company not just for the quality of the kitchens but all the people involved from the showroom to the fitters.

I am extremely happy with my gorgeous new kitchen from Birkdale Kitchen company. I chose them as I wanted a company who made me feel individual to them, not another corporate business. I have disabilities and I wanted specific designs. They listened and they provided. The fit itself is extremely organised, everyone knows who is doing what on which day. But I have to give a special mention to David who was my fitter and produced my perfect kitchen, with his workmamanship. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. The quality of the Leicht cabinets is superb. The design looks fabulous and makes the kitchen work really well for cooking and easy clearing up. The dekton worktop (from Granite House) is stunning.
Neil and Steve are very personable and ensured that we achieved our perfect kitchen both in the planning and installation stages. There were a few issues along the way which they have resolved to our complete satisfaction. The installation was completed on schedule by Peter, whose workmanship is excellent, with some assistance from Kevin and Shaun, and Alex Moss did a great job with the electrics. The cleaning service made it easy to get up and running and the visit from Andi from NEFF was very useful.
It is a pleasure to use our kitchen.

Neil in the lovely showroom listened to what we had in mind, then Steve put those ideas together and the rest of the team came to fit it. It really was that easy! A new kitchen was always going to be a nightmare for me but it was made infinitely more tolerable by the whole team at Birkdale Kitchen Co. They kept exactly to the timescale from start to finish. Each member of the team including fitter, electrician, plasterer, plumber etc all turned up exactly when expected so each stage followed on effortlessly. Fiona was superb at dealing with all my queries and always replied instantly. Thanks Stephen and Neil, you’ve got a great set-up.

From the minute we stepped into the showroom we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for Steve or Neil even when we changed minds over the design more than once. During fitting Fiona was in touch on a daily basis to make sure everything was ok. The whole process from end to end was managed perfectly. All the fitters, electricians etc turned up when expected. No one let us down. The product is amazing and we are delighted with our new kitchen. We would not hesitate to recommend Birkdale Kitchens. All the awards they have won recently are well deserved. From our first visit to the beautiful showroom until the installation of our new kitchen was complete, Steve and Neil were brilliant at turning our vision into reality even though we changed our minds and tweaked the design on countless occasions! We always felt welcome at the showroom and listened to. The kitchen fitter Kevin and his assistant Sean were excellent. Fiona was great at dealing with the practical side of the job and has kept in touch to make sure there are no snags. The kitchen itself is excellent quality and even the Leicht rep Jamie came to see the kitchen to make sure everything was ok. The quality of the kitchen is superb and we are delighted with the unique design.

Our prestigious Queens Road gated development in Formby of twelve detached homes, needed to have the ‘wow’ factor and set us apart from all the other developers. In Birkdale Kitchen Co., we found our ideal partner for this site.

From the initial consultation, to listening to their ideas on design and them listening to us with what we wanted to achieve, they helped us every step of the way. There’s always challenges when building multiple properties, but they were extremely flexible & understanding. So much so, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again with any future projects.

What a great team Neil and Steve make! When we first walked into the showroom we knew we could work with them both, they made us feel very at ease. They worked with us to visualise our ideas and helped work around our specific requirements. They really focussed on "us" as the customer and nothing was too much trouble. From the very first visit I was so impressed with the creativity and professionalism of Steve and Neil. They were very patient with me as I tried to work through what I wanted and came up with some fantastic solutions and ideas and their design far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the kitchen is really high end and I love the innovative use of space. The attention to detail by Kevin when fitting the kitchen was amazing and any little "tweeks" were sorted promptly which was particularly impressive as I know suppliers have been struggling with the fallout from Brexit and Covid. All of my family love our new kitchen as its such a pleasure to cook and entertain in.

Birkdale Kitchen were a joy to work with. Despite the whole process taking place in Lockdown and Covid restrictions, the service provided by them did not suffer.

From the original design from our initial ideas, through the visualisation of our kitchen, to the on -time starting and completing of the installation of the kitchen and electrical appliances, they exceeded my expectations. They worked seamlessly with our builders and electrician.

And to cap it all - the kitchen and work surface are top class.

We looked through the window on a very wet Bank Holiday Monday last year. We knew from first glance, we had found our dream kitchen. Two weeks later Stephen was sat designing it with us. The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. We never felt "sold" anything, no cheesy salesman pitch. We changed ideas several times, this was never a problem and easily done. Kevin the fitter was professional, tidy and meticulous in his work. We are delighted with out new kitchen and the service we received. We would not hesitate and actually already have recommended Birkdale Kitchens.

This was a great experience and a fabulous result. In particular the management of the installation process. A couple of small hiccups, corrected speedily and professionally. The whole team got five stars.
