Great place. Parents can sit and eat in the waiting area till kids finish the swimming or the gymnastics class. Toilets are clean. There is a play area for toddlers as well. By 3.5pounds for one hour is a high rate. The cafe inside serves good and refreshing coffee and tea as per the customers choice

Love this gym , all the equipment is always clean, the gym is always tidy , the staff are always there if you need a helping hand with things to ,

Parking is easy enough, facilities, gym, keep fit and swimming etc, are modern, clean and pretty well staffed. The cafe sells decent coffee abd tea, with great slushes for the kids. The pool area is easily viewed from the cafe, with the option of a seated gallery.
Theres a great play area for younger kids, and several rooms for parties, meetings etc.
Good value local facility

I have waited for 6 years for this place to open and I have to say it is a great place to go to. I have signed up and the staff are very friendly and the facilities are good. The gym is excellent and the membership cost is good too and it is something to do as well but I will say the old lido was so much better but this is very good as well better then nothing and the swimming pool and gym are both excellent. I am hope many people will enjoy going here as we did wait for 6 to 7 years for this to be built and it is finally here. Everything is great and I love coming here using the gym and the swimming pool.

Changing room lockers for the swimming pool require a £1 coin. There are also lockers that you can lock with your own padlock. Some swimmers even leave their bags on chairs at the side of the pool. There are 3 pools; a shallow one with a slide for young children, a 25m family pool which is 1.08m deep, and a 2m deep 25m pool for lane swimmers.

I enjoy the scuba training on Thursday evening with Scuba Wales. Friendly Lifesavers and big changing rooms with clean toilets.

Really clean, well supervised when in pool lifeguard always on look out, instructor for my swimming lessons is really nice, cafe is always on a plus side when I am out of the pool and it's always clean ..

This venue caters for various types and level of fitness. The swimming pool section is divided into three separate pools shallow, medium and deep. There are gym facilities, sports halls (I believe these can be hired for birthdays, etc) and a visitor cafe with small children play area (usage charge applies to play area).

I can highly recommend it!
The gymnasium has everything a fitness junkie wants -- and more.
There's a machine to cater for everyone as well as the more traditional bench presses, treadmills and cross trainers. Well worth it.

Excellent facility, well run, friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable prices. Cafe good too, if only more were like this.
