Serenity Hair & Spa - Camberley

Had my first appointment with Beth a few weeks ago. Really great experience from start to finish.
Very calming salon atmosphere, Beth explained their own line of oils and I opted to treat myself to the oil therapy on my scalp, and it was a really relaxing experience. Really great haircut, it had been far too long since I’d had one!
I’d definitely recommend the oil therapy, my scalp and hair feels much better, I purchased the oil to take home and it’s making a difference!
Will definitely be rebooking :)

So glad I trusted Faith at Serenity to do my balayage after leaving my hair for so long to start again. She really paid attention to what I wanted and gave the best guidance for what would work for me, and the salon itself was lovely and relaxing!

I struggle to find places and people that can get a nice colour in my naturally dark brown hair but we achieved a beautiful lift and I couldn't be happier.

Had my hair done by Faith who was so welcoming and just lovely to chat to. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable as I’ve not had anything done to my hair professionally before. Was just an overall lovely experience! :)

My first experience at this salon was amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thea was so helpful and talked me through everything so clearly. Even when I had a wobble on the day about what I wanted

Today walked in Serenity hair & Spa just asked if they had any availability for me today. Lady in front said yes was great love the place has space for moving around I had my son in the buggy, was no problem I could put it anywhere the music was nice so chilled clam relax vibe. This place is perfect for mum because the ladies all make you feel happy and welcome. The lady doing my hair was fab she spent time with me going through pictures on which style to go for because I have such long hair and was straight and boring now. She was very honest on what would be best me, my shape of face and how much time I would spend doing my hair in the mornings. So nice and simple, cute effort less styling for me in the mornings she wash, cut and blow dry my hair. I feel relaxed which I never had in a hair salon because most places are so busy with loud music so many people talking and not having a rushed blow dry and no space for the buggy feeling like I'm in the way. But at Serenity doesn't feel overcrowded it's a cute, bright tidy salon with lovely friendly ladies. I had 2 cups of coffee they made me and my son so welcome.
This places is 💯 for mums. The ladies do not rush they take their time and take good care of their clients. I'm very happy to say they made my day and like everyone they are loving my new look.

I visited the salon for a colour treatment after a thorough consultation with Faith. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair but Faith was fantastic at discussing options and we decided on a colour. I was really pleased with my result and can't wait to come back again for another colour and blow dry.

Had a lovely blow dry and styled with loose waves. Added an oil treatment which made my hair feel fresh and healthy. Welcoming staff and overall lovely experience!

I was recently recommended their new classic balm by Beth for some bad sunburn I got whilst away on holiday. The burn had caused my skin to peel but in a very painful way where it was almost cracking and was scaley. I had been using the banana boat aloe gel but every time I put it on it stung a lot and didn’t seem to be helping. Beth came to the rescue and recommended the Serenity classic balm and I’m so thankful to her. When I first applied it, the affected area instantly felt soothed. Another thing I didn’t like with the gel I had been using is how sticky it left my skin, the balm did not and felt lovely on my skin whilst also smelling great too. I first applied it before bed and when I woke the next morning there was a noticeable difference, so much so I was able to wear a bra again for the first time. I then used it again for the second night and the following morning it had pretty much cleared. There is no pain there and just some very slight dryness which I imagine will be gone after my 3rd application tonight. I have also maintained a bit of colour which is nice, as a very pale person usually if I burn that’s my chances of tanning gone but I have kept some colour for an added bonus. I can not recommend this product enough and I can’t wait to continue using it on other areas of my body to reap the many benefits it has for your skin.

I’ve been to Ella multiple times over the past year and she’s always amazing! So lovely and always does such a good job wi the my hair. The whole salon is beautiful too!

Nothing but the best awaits you when you enter Serenity. A warm welcome with accompanying drink and smiles makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. A wonderful head massage makes you further relax and then onto your chosen service. I had advice and encouragement when opting for shorter cut and attention to detail was second to none. The product range is fantastic also. Suffice to say I came out beaming and ready to face the world! Thank you, can’t wait for my next visit!

I went yesterday to have a full hair colour change and cut and I couldn’t have had a better experience! After box dying my hair for almost 10 years I didn’t have much hope but Ella was amazing and transformed my hair completely! Will definitely be back for touch ups in a couple months time☺

The salon had a lovely quiet, calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite and professional, they listened to what I was saying, suggested things which might help me and Thea cut my hair beautifully. I made the appointment and attended within a few hours, and was very pleased with the results.

Absolutely thriller with my first visit at Serenity. As I walked in was welcomed by the staff and offered a nice cup of mint tea. The whole experience was executed with professionalism, care and high quality products. My hair never looked so healthy and shiny. Beth was absolutely fabulous from my first consultation until the end of my first appointment! I have been trying a couple of hairdressers out but never found one where I was completely happy. No disrespect to them, but getting your hair done is sacred for me anyway. I went in with a mission to go dark, however Beth explained the up keep would be a lot and gave me a few options of what she thought would suit me and keep the upkeep costs down. She said she would happily do my hair as I wish and booked me in for an appointment. By the time it came to my appointment of course I had changed my mind. Beth gave me a quick consultation, I showed her a couple of inspo pictures and let me tell you SHE DELIVERED! Not in a million years did I think it would come out this good. I tend to have a red hue and I raised this as my concern, Beth ensured me she would match the blonde highlights to my skin colour. The same with cutting my hair I explained how heavy my hair is on one side if she could balance it out. Hands down she done a fabulous job, her and the team made me feel so welcome. I went in stressed from work and came out relaxed. I can absolutely recommend Beth and the team! Thank you so much again and see you soon.

Visited the salon today and enjoyed the experience. Felt comfortable as soon as I walked in, was offered a drink and was seen to by the lovely Thea who was very knowledgeable and kind. I had the oil treatment, scalp consultation, facial and bouncy blowdry. My hair feels healthy and soft. Loved the chilled, relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Thea did a wonderful job on my hair and consulted on the colour too. Will be back for other services and highly recommend 🙏♥♥✨

Thea was absolutely incredible! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted to try and achieve and made an incredible transformation to my hair! When I went in, I really didn't think it would be possible but she went above and beyond my expectations and I am over the moon! She somehow managed to blend all my greys and my dark roots into the loveliest, natural blonde. I am completely blown away. The whole team at Serenity are amazing and attentive and the complimentary tea on arrival and the hand scrub were the icing on a fantastic cake. Thank you so much!
