What a little gem! I would highly recommend Caffi’r Hen Siop, I had just ridden from Lake Vernwy through the valley with dramatic scenery and this ‘oasis’ was waiting for me! Very friendly staff, great cakes and the main menu looks good too. Also dog friendly and the RAF pass by on the Mach Loop. I am definitely going again

I'll be back.
Yes, Arnie must have been about this cafe! Cracking banana and blueberry cake. A friend had a bacon sandwich and said it was the best ever. Great cuppa too.

Gorgeous cafe visited twice in one day! We were only staying a stone throw away. Beautiful location and seating area in the big front windows. Cheese cake was devine. Thank you 😊 Everett family x

We found this beautiful little cafe after seeing a sign on a main road whilst out for a drive and wow! What a beautiful little cafe this is. We were welcomed with a smile and made to feel very welcome. We only had a pot of tea and a bottle of water and two teacakes but everything was delicious, especially the jam that came with the teacakes! The cakes looked amazing. We wish this place was local to us as we would definitely be regulars!

Simply divine. After a night in a chilly cabin in the bottom of snowdonia a delicious cooked breakfast (several coffees) and a delicious homemade mocha loaf cake was exactly what we needed. Service was impeccable, lovely little crafty cafe with lovely people. Perfection.

Stopped here by chance and so glad we did! Lovely welcome and great food. Chicken korma was delicious. Also got a couple of slices of chocolate and salted caramel cake to take with us and have to say it was excellent. Will definitely be back on our next visit and would highly recommend

Great cafe tucked away off the main road in Dinas Mawddy. Worth the detour, great selection of home cooked food, cakes. They do a superb afternoon tea. The icing on the cake is they are dog friendly and cater for our pooches with blankets, treats and water.

Great little cafe and shop with lots of trinkets and local art and crafts items for sale. Food was lovely and not what I would have expected. Chicken Gyros were very tasty.

Can't fault this little cafe. An absolute gem. The cakes are beyond delicious, all home-made, the coffee was very good and the service was lovely. Very nice ambience with lots of pretty little nick-nacks and things for sale inside. Lovely and cosy, will definitely be back!

Just wonderful little café with the friendliest owners imaginable and super dog-friendly. We had the Welsh rarebit which my husband said was the best thing he’s tasted in quite a while. An utter gem of a place (to use a cliché) but I can’t think of a more apt description xxx

Very friendly staff, lovely cafe, and food was excellent. A chance find on the way to our destination. Dog was given a sausage whilst we had our breakfasts.

This is a lovely cafe, we came across on a bike ride. We stopped for coffee and coke.
The staff were friendly and cheerful, it was nice to sit outside in the sun and take it all in. Great value for money. We shall return more often now we know.

Lovely café right in the middle of the village. Really nice selection of homemade food, snacks & cakes. Complimented with a range of hot & cold drinks. Inside there's comfy sofas and chairs arranged around tables. Alternatively there's 3 small tables for 2 on the pavement outside. Very pleasant & friendly staff finish off an altogether superb customer experience. Highly recommended and worth the drive to get to this little gem.

A crafty local cafe in the heart of Wales. Homemade, delicious and hearty food that is ridiculously cheap. Definitely worth a visit, whether it’s for a slice of cake or beef casserole.

Amazing little spot. They had alternative milks for me and even some dairy free ice-cream! The owner is lovely and a fellow coffee and wool enthusiast. I asked if I could buy a cafeteria as my local accommodation didn't have one... She lent it to me for the week!
A must visit if you're staying locally or would make a nice stop on a journey. Car park in the town is just at the end of the road. I didn't take a picture of my iced coffe...but did get one of the lovely drop spindle. Thanks so much.
