Samsung Experience Store

Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the guy, but he provided excellent service. Bought a screen protector for my s23 fe and had it installed right away. It was quick and easy, and I enjoyed my visit there.

Having already seen the phone online that I was interested in, with a great sale price, I went into the store (Norwich) to have a look. James showed me the phone and went through the colour options, chargers and cases. Having decided and made the purchase, he then was really helpful and patient (with my old phone) setting up my new phone. He also transferred my micro SD card as well as the sim and even put it in the new protective case. I'm very happy with my new phone and impressed with the friendly service and the store.

Absolutely brilliant! We changed our phones here and the experience was great. Daisy greeted us, we had booked an appointment with her earlier, she introduced us to Joe who was to be our "guru". He talked us through every detail of our new phones, us oldens need all the help we can get! And we got it, thanks Joe. I went back two weeks later with an issue concerning WhatsApp, Joe spent a bit of time and came to the conclusion that it was a WhatsApp issue, it hadn't transferred to my new phone. Customer Care at its best, thanks.

Fantastic shop with superb staff. Went above and beyond to give me the best deal possible and beat online. Sorted everything for me with no hassle and pain free. Very happy.

Well it took the Samsung team 2 days to repair my device and the service was outstanding, they really made me feel like a valued customer, I idd ask for the names of the team who serve me over my 3 visits, so to Shane, Jake, Ryan and "Rambo", thank you for taking great care of my Phone and returning it to me all bright, shiny and fixed. Outstanding service. Thank you so much

In September 2022 I bought the Fold 4 and wow, what a device it is. Its a phone, tablet, games machine and a PC (when docked), sadly a couple of days ago it stopped opening fully and I was concerned that this meant a serious issue, so I popped into the store, I spoke to a very polite and professional who has booked me and the phone in to get the matter resolved, so far so good. I will update my experience and what happens in a few days, however on my current experience I feel very hopeful. Fingers crossed. (I have Samsung Care+)

Update. I took phone in for repair, again the guy I dealt with was very good, friendly & professional. Explained about backing up device and removing any personal data. He then removed my SIM card and gave it to me in a small plastic pouch (nice touch which should reduce risk of me losing it), he explained how long the repair will take and confirmed contact details for me collecting it. Once agin the experience was very positive and I feel confident that I made the right choice buying from Samsung.

PS if you are thinking about getting a Fold, all I can say is do not sit on the fence, I have had smartphones since the Motorola A1000, and had most makes and models of smartphones, the Fold still seems a device from science fiction. And being able to dock it using Dex and having a capable personal PC in my pocket? Unbelievable.

My sim card wasnt registering and couldnt retrieve it from the phone. Spoke with Joe and he fixed it instantly and even sorted me out with a little key to access the sim easier. Super friendly and swift service.

Helpful staff, nice foldable options and it smells nice inside the place. One of the reasons why I did go with the Samsung.

I told the guy what I was looking for and he recommended I wait for the soon to be released updated version. He didn't have to do that, he could have just found the box and clocked up a sale, but he was helpful enough to advise me on what the next version of the phone would have, and why I should wait for it to be released.
Can't fault them.

I have been in here a few times over the past few weeks since I have gotten a new phone from them and also needed help with some of the set up.
The staff are very friendly and don't bother you like staff do in general phone stores. They helped a lot with getting the contactless on my phone working and on a different date another staff member helped me pick out the right tablet for my workload.

Went in for some tech support fter being locked out of a phone. Frustratingly, the call center had given me multiple pieces of incorrect Information, but all that was made up for after having a very helpful chap sort out all of the issues. Very nice, polite and helpful, and couldn't do enough to makeup for the unhelpful information I had received on the phone prior to visiting the store.
I recommend ringing the store and booking in advance to avoid a long wait as the Norwich branch is often busy.

This is what a real shop with terrific service married to excellent products looks like... Excellent! Walked in to by a tablet - walked out 25 mins later with one fully set up buy the very helpful person who looked after me. To those retailers who are moving on-line and are closing their high-street shops, take note!

Second sales person very helpful when it came to getting a case for a new Z fold 3. Given a link to get a free case,charger and pen ... first sales person was going to charge for just the case.

Since then I have purchased outright my new phone and Samsung case and the staff where very helpful with getting the settings right for phone usage.

When my partners fold screen cracked they replaced and screen. Had a few issues but always sorted.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Its hard to be without a phone while it's being repaired, but the team had it fixed in days and it was delivered back to my office at work. Great support process and aftersales care. Thank you

Booked to take phone in for repair. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once phone was booked in went off to explore the city only 2 hours later received email to say phone was ready to be collected. Amazing service, and great price on repair. Would recommend.

I had a first class experience when purchasing a new Samsung A13 phone. Ruby was brilliant and set everything up for me and transferred all my data from my old phone. She explained everything very fully and was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend Samsung store for brilliant service and after care.
