One Touch Services

One Touch supplied me with a new computer and Chris installed it.
Subsequently it altered itself and I also was victim of a scam which meant that I was locked out of my bank account. Chris came again and sorted the whole computer as well as giving me some most helpful hints and ideas. He also deleted unwanted ads and goodness knows what else. I can only say that I think he's a genius and a friendly individual to boot. Five stars is not enough for this company - I'd like to give them ten.

Chris arrived on time and sorted out my printer problem very efficiently (I was unable to connect it to my laptop). He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and explained exactly how he went about fixing the issue. I would not hesitate to use In Touch services again and can thoroughly recommend Chris to solve any computer or printer problems.

Excellent service which I highly recommend. One Touch Services solved my computer problem and, beyond my expectation, was able to reinstate all my files which I had been told elsewhere would be lost; free my computer from bitlocker and a corrupt programme. More importantly Chris had the patience to deal with my slowness and IT ignorance which meant a lot to me and certainly relieved my stress. Thank you.

One Touch Services have always been there for my computing needs. You wouldn't get a better service anywhere else, even if it was a last minute phone call. They are all great guys and always willing to help out.

I am pleased with the services and products I received from One Touch Services. The entire process, from start to finish, was great.
Initially, I spoke with Dan, who I had discussed my requests and requirements for a computer and monitor. Dan referred me to Tom, who offered consultation in making informed decisions regarding the PC and the monitor.
Tom interpreted these needs into an exceptionally powerful computer, with an elegant choice of monitor to compliment it. He then delivered it to my house and assisted me in setting it up to make sure everything was running perfectly, which it was in this case.

We had Chris come to sort out a variety of problems/imperfections on 2 desk top computers and 2 i pads.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in problem solving and I would certainly recommend him especially if your own tech skills are limited as ours are.

The staff that took my booking was very helpful. Chris came out to look at my computer was very helpful. He took my computer away on Wednesday and returned it on Friday fully working and took the time to talk me thought what had been done and made sure all was working in my home.

Over the last few months I have been plagued with software issues on my home pcs. A quick search on Google and came across One Touch Services one phone call and two days later Chris paid me a home visit and my worries have vanished. What a team at One Touch. My work computer packed up on Thursday evening while working, I took it to One Touch first thing Friday morning and by Friday afternoon it was all complete and fixed. I paid a little extra for priority but as my work requires constant use of a computer it was well worth it.

Very Friendly people and very efficient.
Thank you very much all working fine again now and back to work.

I needed an Apple Mac battery replacement and the team at One Touch Services gave me the cheapest quote in the area. They carried out the repair in a few hours and also recommended a clean, which they also did. Great service!

Dropped in a gaming laptop first thing Monday, fixed COP Friday. When I asked what was wrong they talked me through it so I could remedy the issue myself. Very good service from the computer technicians and front of house.
