i came into store on the 29th June at around 4.15pm for my daughters party balloons, i had been let done by a balloon supplier and needed them desperately. The guy behind the till was more than happy to help me, helped me pick everything that i needed and told me to come back at 5pm and they would have it ready for me!!! just wanna say THANK YOU, im sorry i didnt get their names. It was a guy and a lady - safe to say we have a great party, so thank you for saving the day!

The staff in this shop are exceptional - not always the same, but each one is friendly and always gives great customer service.

Always had good service in here - the young lad often on the till is an asset to the company as he has always gone over and above to deliver friendly and engaging customer service. The cards are also good value and for what you pay, the quality of items is more than acceptable too!

I cut my nails yesterday , so when I bought a card and saw easy peel on the sticker label thing I thought that was the card for me unfortunately it was not that easy to peel after all , if I had finger nails I'm sure I would of broken them all , lesson learnt don't buy cards with sticky things on but other than that lovely shop and staff , merry Christmas to you all !!!

Apart from it being too full of stock for me to negotiate my rollator between shelves I love the place. A huge choice of cards for every subject you could hope to imagine with cheap prices.
