Had a problem with a frame I bought yesterday brilliantly sorted out by Rickie today. Great service 👍🏻

I came into The Frame Centre last Wednesday with my elderly mother to get some advice on options for framing some very treasured old family photos.

We were both very impressed by the friendly, polite and very knowledgeable young lady who served us, who took time to patiently explain to us the various options for photo arrangement and framing.

We are still mulling over the options she presented us, but we will definitely be coming back here to use your services

Wesley helped me at each stage, from suggesting frames (without pressuring me towards more expensive ones) to allowing me to pick up my pictures even a few minutes after the shop had officially closed. I would definitely use them again.

The Frame Centre (Camberley) has framed two pictures for me now and I am thrilled with both of them. As they were both bespoke (an old shop sign and my daughter’s first outfit) items, they had to be sent away – but within a week, they were ready for collection and were well worth the wait.

I have had many excellent cross stitches framed in the past with The Frame Centre in Camberley. I would go as far as classing myself as a loyal returning customer. The turnaround has usually been quick and finished to a high standard.

Unfortunately my most recent framed work has been very disappointing and the experience has put me off returning. I paid £65.22 for a cross stich to be stretched, mounted and framed, no different to previous purchases. However, on returning home with my most recent work and on unwrapping the frame I discovered two damaged corners which were chipped and missing paint. The shop were very apologic on the phone and told me to return with it for fixing.

I returned the frame and a week later went back to the shop for collection. The corners had been fixed but frustratingly there was now fluff and hair under glass, I left empty handed as it had to be returned to the workshop a second time for repair.

Four weeks since selecting my frame and mount I returned for a final time and managed to leave with my framed work. Shockingly I was not offered any compensation or a partial refund for the great inconvenience caused. Instead I was offered a discount on my next purchase (it's highly unlikely I will be returning anytime soon) or a free greetings card.

To say I'm dishearten would be an understatment, I have spent good money and eventually received what I expected but only after three subsequent visits. It's a shame that being a loyal customer here is not highly valued.
