What a lovely garden centre. I spoke to a lady named Carol about a white Hydrangea and she picked a beautiful Magical Starlight. Having shown me some others I chose this one. If you want the personal touch this is the place..

You can just drive and look over thinking " O' look, a garden centre", trust me, turn in...park up and wander around. You will love it here. Great staff, great plants of all shapes and sizes. Even if your first visit is just to look around. Everything I've ever purchased from here is top quality.

This is a really nice Nursery plenty of stock really good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are really helpful, recently Carol helped me out with a query I had. I have found that they all deserve a shout out because they are all so helpful thanks to you all. This is a must place to visit.

My first 2 visits:-
The staff here are ever so friendly and despite being very busy (it’s May) I was helped for a considerable length of time. Also dogs on leads are allowed so we got to meet the lovely Emma and her doggy as he’s allowed to go to work with her. I also became a member and as spent over £60 I got a free bag of multi purpose compost, very handy

First visit here the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have one of the best plant selection I have aeen.

such a great nursery , i wanted all the pots 🙂, the indoor plant shop is a wonderful jungle of the most beautiful plants i have ever seen.

I went to Coolings today because I wanted a particular Camellia and their website advised that they had it and it was in stock. I am fairly local to Bearsted but would normally go to the other big nursery in the area. I am so glad I Googled this Camellia and therefore found Coolings Potted Nursery. They had the most amazing plants in stock (not that I'm any sort of gardener) but the thing that really struck me wasn't so much the beautiful displays but more so, all the plants looked really healthy. Not only were they beautiful and there was so much choice I could have spent a fortune but they were really well presented. That was my first impression. The second was the staff, and in my short visit, I passed by four or five and every single one of them said "Hello" and smiled. They were extremely helpful and approachable and asked me if I wanted any tips on how to grow my Camellia, helped me find what I was looking for and held my trolley to one side while I shot round looking for a plant pot. They get a big 10 out of 10 from me and I will definitely be returning for more.

A very friendly, well-run garden centre. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to speak to and the pond and 'hide' for watching the birds is a lot of fun.
We recently also discovered that they have a collection of aquatic plants. One of the staff was a great help to us in stocking our tiny pond.

UPDATE the staff is as helpful and cheery as ever. A lovely place for gardeners.
