When our dishwasher broke we were panic stricken. Thankfully Danny was quick to respond to our call and come fix the problem. He showed flexibility with timing, professionalism with pricing and a true warmth which made us love chatting with him afterwards. He worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t leave any mess or trace that he was there at all (aside from the working dishwasher!) Would definitely use him again!!

We called for an urgent repair and Danny was able to be with us in the evening. He managed to reassemble the door seal of our washing machine and also suggested improvements to our routine to keep it going for longer without further issues.
He offered a fair price on the phone and maintained it even if he took longer than expected. We will be recommending to friends.

I am delighted and so grateful for DM appliances 4u's excellent service this morning. Our washing machine needed a new door seal, which we ordered but couldn't replace ourselves. We called Danny (on a Saturday morning), he arrived an hour later and had the new seal fitted within a few minutes! He then plumbed the washing machine back in to check for leaks, which I appreciated, and gave some helpful advice about maintenance. He quoted his call out fee on the phone and stuck to that. He was very competent, genuine and friendly. If we have any more issues with white goods in the future we'll definitely call him right away!

Danny quickly identified the problem with our dish washer, ordered the part and it was fixed within a couple of days. He also pointed out a dangerous electrical socket which he was able to replace for us. Very fair price , excellent service. We would definately use him again.

We called about 10am Saturday morning and engineer came at 1pm. Fitted a new heater to the broken washing machine and it’s now working as well as ever. Price seemed very reasonable and we would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic. We live in Scotland & searched for a local appliance engineer in Cambridge to help support my brother when he had an issue with his washing machine. We chose Danny due to the number of fantastic reviews & we are so thankful that we did. Danny responded to my voicemail on Easter Friday & arranged to look at the machine on the Saturday. I can honestly say that Danny went above & beyond on this job: fantastic prices, speedy & top class service, genuinely honest, polite & friendly service. Danny called to find the reason for not draining. The fault was simply the pause button but he was thorough & waited for the 30 min cycle to finish when he could easily have left. He was very helpful, & clearly does a thorough job with huge knowledge.

My tumble dryer stopped working, and I was about to buy a new one. I rang Danny and he quickly returned my call and after checking as he suggested, it turns out to be the plug had burnt out inside, which I hadn't noticed.
I was able to fix the fault myself, so he saved me a lot of money!
He was very friendly and helpful on the phone - I won't hesitate to use him in future, and will recommend him to others.

I found Danny's details from a Google search after the our tenant's washing machine went wrong. Having read the Google reviews and having formed a positive impression, I gave him a call and relayed what my tenants had told me about the fault. Within half a day, he had contacted my tenant, visited the property, diagnosed the problem, replaced the brushes on the motor and kept an old but perfectly functional washing machine going. His communication at each stage was first class and everything was very satisfactory quite frankly. I would happily recommend Danny to anyone based on my experience. Keep up the good work Danny!

We used Danny years ago so when our washing machine could not get water out, l called Danny’s number again. He arrived on the day and found out the pump need replacement. He then promised to come back with new pump and also to fix my basin sink without another call-out charge. Two days after BH, Danny arrived with new gears and fixed both washing machine and basin sink within an hour, a great workmanship and determination to solve the unexpected problem.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Danny came as soon as I was ready for him to come and fixed the machine in seconds. He taught me how to do it myself incase I accidentally break my washing machine again bless him & he was such a lovely, positive bubbly person! Couldn’t have found a better, humble person! Highly recommend!!! :) fixed my washing machine which is desperately needed with 3 children!
