Amazing 5 star customer service.
Chris looked after me yesterday, went through all the best options, for what I needed. Definitely go & see him if you have any issues.

Georgie helped me after my phone was stolen, She was very sympathetic and nothing was too much trouble for her.
She is a credit to O2. Thank you again

Quick and efficient experience with Ria. My phone stopped working first thing today, I went to the store - thought I was due an upgrade luckily - and Ria gave me great advice regarding a new phone, sorted the transfer even though my phone by then wouldn't co-operate, downloaded apps and everything saved on my Google account and in no time it was all done! Thank you so much.

We had some technical difficulties transferring info from an android to an apple phone. Despite being short staffed the staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Hats off to Michael the manager, he gave us a great experience!

Lewis and Michel were absolutely great. There were some technical issues that just couldn’t be helped which took some time but they were patient, kind and friendly and we got through it with a good phone deal in the end. Thanks guys. :)

Ive been a customer 02 now nearly 25 years very happy with all services and upgrades.
Why go elsewhere when you get looked after.

We came into the Horsham branch today. The branch manager was so helpful in helping us rectify a problem. He went above and beyond and I would recommend o2 as their customer service is exceptional. Thank you to all of the staff at Horsham. What a great team!!

The service I received was perfect. The young man went out of his way to help. He even set up my mother's new phone and transferred all the information from old phone to new. When I went in this morning the Y. Man was mopping the floor. Lovely Young Man.

Brilliant customer service in store couldnt fault the o2 team. Really understanding and resolved my problem immediately. Its just a shame the o2 network was not for me as had many issues with the network not working in my area for months on end and trouble with recieving and sending calls so I had to switch.

I had to visit the O2 shop this morning. I was with my daughter and we were served by two different people, the Manager and an assistant. They were both extremely helpful, patient, polite and understanding. We were very grateful for their assistance.

Shout out to Michael the manager and Brandon for the incredible service I received from them. Really went above and beyond. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great staff, but can sometimes need to wait a bit to be served. Weekends busiest but staff always helpful and act with integrity

The Manager, Michael Doran is very helpful as are his staff. I had some tricky phone problems and he was so patient.

Never mind gurus, Tim in the Horsham store is my hero! I have had a dreadful few days with web chats, customer services etc so decided to go to my local store. My new phone / Sim just would not work, kept being told 'give it 24 hours'. Tim said there were no bars on my account, both phone and Sim OK so he contacted customer services to again be told 'wait another 24 hours' to which I said no way I am not leaving this store until I have a working phone. Tim then suggested to customer services to double check any bars on my account to which the reply was 'oh yes, removed now'!!!! Phone operating within 10 seconds! Lucky Tim sorted as I would not have been renewing my contract or my husband's and our 3 childrens' next month! Thank you Tim, you are an asset to 02,unlike customer services!

Michael the store manager is an absolute one off. He went way above and beyond in customer service. Horsham 02 you have found your keeper in him!
