I recently visited Boots Horsham to purchase a Christmas present for my partner. I wasn't sure what to buy but I met a very helpful member of staff called Summer and she went out of her way to help me. My partner was over the moon with her present. So 10 out of 10 for customer service and especially Summer.

Yvonne on Liz Earle is so sweet and helpful! Definitely has become one of my favourite brands because of her customer service. A couple of days ago she was quite busy with a customer and myself and another customer was waiting for her expertise. She told us she would be with us in just a minute but what was so lovely was that she never rushed with anyone! I definitely felt like she took her time sharing her knowledge with us and explaining what different things do and recommended me the best products for ME!! Honestly I loved the experience she provided and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!

A review for the Benefit counter - Horsham has been in need of a proper counter for Benefit products for a long time. The counter was fully stocked and they offer brow services too! I was looked after by Marcus who was an utterly gorgeous human, he was kind, friendly and very helpful.

Very helpful staff on medical desk next to prescriptions

I've been using Benefit products for a number of years so was delighted to see Boots has now got a counter in store. Not only that but a Brow Bar as well!
I immediately booked an appointment with Marcus, the Benefit consultant. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My brow tint and wax was perfect and there's nowhere else I'd now go for my eyebrow care.

Liz Earle counter is beautiful and the person there Yvonne was so helpful!! Love going and visiting and talking to her about the skincare when I do need it- she’s turned me into a “Liz Earle Gal” as she calls it!!

Fantastic service at the Benefit Brow Bar by Marcus. The most amazing wax, super knowledgeable on all the products and incredibly friendly. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I Visited the No 7 make up department in the Horsham store recently. I was dealt with by Ollie and I have to say he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no ‘hard sell’ but just great advice and I did purchase several items. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring makeup advice.

Its a shame that other customers can't be more polite and treat the staff there with more gratitude and friendliness to the people who work in such places

Thoroughly recommend the free No. 7 makeover. Mine was done by Marcus, who was very knowledgeable and patient and taught me how to reproduce the look. There was no hard sell by as I was so happy with the results, I bought most of the items anyway

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for something but you are not very sure where are they you can just ask for help and they are very happy to help! Really good experience with the staffs!!

Easy to find things and well stocked

A very helpful member of staff (Sam) was kind enough to help me choose the most suitable straighteners for my hair today. It was clearly very busy in the shop but she didn't rush, and I really appreciated her help.

Benefits brow bar - amazing service today. Brows look great accompanied by wonderful chat!

Updated review: They have improved and enlarged the luxury section at the back, and it's much better. The staff at the pharmacy are also very good - knowledgeable and attend to you quickly.
Also, if you're spending ages looking for sun cream, you'll find it upstairs!

Old review: This is a medium-size Boots with most of the things you'd expect, but too small to have the really good range of bath products and some other 'luxury' items. Staff have always been friendly whenever I've visited though.

I am having excellent Delivery service as my Hospital appointments for Prostate Cancer means delivery days changed regularly.

Great little Boots store with friendly and helpful staff. Beauty department is lacking and they are missing opportunities by not stocking more premium beauty brands. You can however find a great range of pharmacy, skincare and toiletry products in this store, as well as a large range of babies an infants items on the first floor.

I had some excellent help and customer service, which was above and beyond more than a few months ago. A lady from the no7 department (I believe she was a manager, Annie ??) Anyway, thanks for all your help, and thanks for being so kind 😊😊

New to boots and pharmacy were so helpful and polite. They solved my issues out promptly and efficiently.
