Asda Skelmersdale Superstore

The Asda superstore is one of the best superstores you could possibly go to as they have a wide selection of items with appropriate isles for children and adult items and the staff is lovely here with a self checkout and I very much recommend this place

Clean, well stocked, has a post office inside, pharmacy and great parking.

As we approached this place we knew we were in trouble. The enemy was dug in good, in heavily defended bunkers. As the boat ramp dropped we were hit with round after round of enemy fire, it was every man for himself. This truly was hell on earth. As I made it onto the beach ⛱, an explosion knocked me off my feet and I was concussed, unable to hear, dazed and confused I stumbled to my feet, the ground around me drenched in blood, oh apologies, getting my reviews mixed up. Nipped in for cous cous and sour cream, staff friendly premises clean.

Always the best option in town, in my opinion. I am always able to find everything I am looking for, and more. Massive parking, which is very convenient. Amazing cafè too.

I spend a lot of time in Skelmersdale where I often shop at Asda. On 25th September this year I bought a Tower product, Unfortunately the product was unsuitable. The response from the company was completely unhelpful. I couldn't find the receipt and so I asked my partner, who lives in the area to speak to your customer services and can only say how absolutely wonderful Adele was. Adele was not phased and found a way to resolve the problem, her manner was very pleasant, a total gem. Thank you so much Adele.

A great supermarket and helpful and friendly staff. Always fresh food and plenty of variety. The clothes are good quality and reasonable priced. The whole place is clean welcoming. The customer's service is always happy to help and gives a refund if not happy doesn't complain . The cafe is cheap and cheerful and the staff are always happy and pleased to see you. The food is fresh and hot. The hot drinks are lovely . Plenty of choices to choose from the menus. The tables are cleaned regularly and spotless. The chemist inside Asda is also handy if you need some meds or medical item. The post office is handy too but sometimes gets busy . Lastly the petrol station is always busy which is good as the price is the cheapest. Plenty of parking spaces . A*****

Perhaps I am biased. But I worked at the Skem store for five years until three years ago, when returned to Devon. I loved every minute of my time with them A great bunch of staff. I am sorry to hear of the change of hours. I now live 10 miles from my nearest Asda, but I try and get there when I can. Don't complain about the changes folks, I live in a village which as the smallest Co-op store in the country, a small community Post Office and a very expensive butchers.

I love visiting any ASDA I have ever been too. & In my opinion. There r so much choice on everything

Too bad Asda Skelmersdale no longer open 24 hours. Open until Midnight is ok but liked it better before. Wish we had more Supermarkets in this town and not stuck just with Asda. Would be nice to have Morrisons specially for their very fresh donuts ten times better and fresher then Asda same with their bread as its the flour they use. Hope to get that well deserved Town centre , more shopping opportunities.

This is one of the larger Asda stores with a large range of george clothing the store has cafe a post office and optician's. A good large selection of can goods fresh fruit and vegetables, the store has a good beer and wine selection. The on site petrol station is one of the cheapest around.

I always come here with my partner for our weekly shop as it is cheap and the food is always fresh , I have to say a big thank you to Amy who was working on the pizza counter at approximately 6pm tonight (26/11/2016) even though there was a queue of people that she was trying to serve , she was very polite and friendly.

Loads of vegan options which is great! Massive car park so you will always find a spot. Most of the staff nice and helpful.

Love our local Asda. Staff are very friendly including the security guys, a few of them are miserable and unfriendly. The others are great and always have time to say hello and have a quick chat
