If you have any issues with your vehicle whilst in the Pembrey area I would highly recommend BB Autos. I was away on my holiday when I experienced an issue with my transporter. I called them straight away after reading all the great reviews. May I say those reviews were spot on! Bleddyn Is a top mechanic with great knowledge. Very trust worthy and fixed the VW for me next day when the parts were in. He advised me my car was ok to drive for the day. I did not want to risk the 200mile drive home without the work being done. Outstanding and cannot thank them enough for sorting us out. Thanks BB Autos. 👍

My vans fuel pump was leaking diesel, 3 garages said cannot be fixed, must have new one fitted, £850/£875/£925 prices from 3 garages. so I went to BB autos, he said "we can fix that" 20 minutes later pump fixed, £25. so I asked him to change cambelt +water pump as well, prices of 3 other garages were £750/£770/£782. BBautos done it in 4 hours for £475, FANTASTIC. will ALWAYS use this garage for my repairs, amazing mechanics.

Bleddyn and the team at BB autos were excellent when the clutch went on our car last week. We were on our way to Pembrokeshire for the weekend, they gave us the use of a courtesy car so we could continue our trip and fixed the car the next day. They were so helpful, friendly and efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough Diolch yn fawr iawn!

Broke down on a Friday around 4ish and given a courtesy car for the weekend. Car was ready to pick up on Sunday afternoon on way home! Absolutely smashing, hero's 💪 thank you so much!!

Bleddyn and the team at BB autos were so helpful when the AA couldn't fix our car on the roadside on our holidays last month.
We had just arrived for a week in Ferryside and the dreaded lights came on as we travelled down ... but they (with a bit of help from the AA man) diagnosed the issue and got it fixed in double quick time ... even giving us the use of a courtesy car so we could get about in the meantime.
Cracking ... couldn't have asked for more ... :-)

These guys are absolute legends. Visiting the araa forca wedding from aberdeenshire my cars clutch went over a bank holiday weekend. They got me going again as soon as they could, lent me a car to get about, didca decent job and i didnt xry over the bill.

Absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very honest, didn’t try to make money unnecessarily and would definitely use again. Had an issue with a vehicle whilst on holiday, took it there and they looked at it straight away, diagnosed the fault and said it would wait until we got home, didn’t change a penny despite me offering. If you’re in west wales and need work done, definitely go here. Fantastic.

One of our vehicles whilst on holiday overheated. AA towed us here, a new thermostat was fitted by BB Autos within 2 hours, at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely brilliant service by BB Auto today. I needed a new wheel bearing so I popped in for an idea of cost and then to see when I could get it booked in. It was checked and suggested it needed doing ASAP (he also checked the other side while it was up and that also needed doing) and they managed to order the part on the spot to get it done same day for me! I was given a courtesy car to continue with my day and left them to it. My rusty little car caused them a few issues when dismantling to replace the bearings but both were done by the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience with BB Auto and will DEFINITELY be going back for all future car repairs etc! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

On holiday with my wife, two year old and little dogs. Ran into van trouble, which should have been a quick fix, but the way the van is put together made it very difficult. BB Autos moved work around to get us back on our holiday and without inconveniencing any other customers. They took all the stress out of it. They also had to really persevere to get a very awkward job done - much appreciated!

On holiday and alternator expired on Saturday afternoon, BBs were closed but answered the mobile and let the AA drop car on their home drive, they did the job on Monday as I had to go home Tuesday and even collected me from Carmarthen to pick up car when done. Fantastic service and really nice folk. Thank you.

Great service, car wouldnt move due to steering issue. Phoned BB autos they had car in same day from recovery truck, within 24 hours car repaired and had safety check. Fanastic service and i cant recomend enough.

Well I had my car for 10 months on our drive, unable to drive it. I was so excited when my husband bough a Smart for 2 for me, because it was going to be my mobility car which would get me out of the house, as I can't walk far, due to my dissability.
Then we asked BB autos to have a look at it and have to say they sorted it out for me did all the repairs needed and had a new M.O.T .
Now I am thrilled to be able to eventually drive my little car.
The service I received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble from both Mr&Mrs Phillips and have gone far beyond just doing their job, but were so friendly, helpful and kind too.
I would recommend them 100% great job and such a lovely genuine couple thank you so much for all you have done, we will definately be using BBautos in the future

Went in for rear bushes and they found out left side coil spring had snapped. This was due to them checking my vehicle over fully for me. They ordered the part in and had the work completed by lunchtime. We are over the moon with the service in full. They even supplied me with a courtesy car which helped me out massively. Brilliant service from B and B autos , the coils had gone on my mini making it unusable my car was picked up and returned the following day new coils fitted reasonably priced and wonderful friendly service. Definitely will be using them again.

Great service. Arranged to get the car dropped of over the phone as i had broken down and they got it back on the road in 2 days (and it only took that long as it needed new parts). They also made a courtesy car available to keep our holiday on track. Couldn't recommend enough.

First class service. Would highly recommend if you need vehicle repairs.
