Oaklands Boarding Kennels

Our two German Shepard dogs love staying with these fabulous people, they are so well cared for , all the staff are brilliant and really do look after them well . Our youngest dog 50 kg and is quite intimidating , they can even give him a full groom including his nails , that’s impressive. no worry for these guys they just know how to handle him , the staff give full attention to all dogs they look after .would highly recommend Oakland kennels . Your dog will be safe and treated extremely well. So pleased with the service received here for our dog Bella. She is such a nervous girl who has never been in a kennel before as she doesn’t get along with other dogs. We did a trial for her and Ellie was amazing at putting my mind at ease and greeting her with such ease and confidence. I also loved the fact that when I came to look around all of the girls who I saw walking the other dogs seemed so happy and cheerful which really reassured me. First time leaving Scout in kennels and very impressed with the service provided! We picked up Scout this morning and she’s come back very happy and didn’t seem to want to come home! Thank you to all the staff at Oaklands, will definitely be using this kennels again!

I left my dog Toby with Oaklands for 10 days whilst we were away on holiday and it has been such a good experience all round.
I've had a few negative experiences in other kennels beforehand, so I was a bit worried about leaving him but the staff at Oaklands were genuinely amazing, they settled those worries very quickly with their professionalism and looked after Toby so well.
We had a few updates over the time we were away, which was great. He was very happy and healthy when we picked him up yesterday, so it's obvious they've taken very good care of him and given him lots of love & attention. Will definitely be using them again, thank you!

We had our viewing today and we're amazed at these kennels. The ladies are lovely and showed attention and love to our dog which speaks volumes over other kennels. There clean and really organised, we had a tour of the whole site explaining developments and how it looked previously so we had the background knowledge. Dogs were being walked and looked so happy. Where they sleep is kept clean and tidy and the site in general is so clean. We're always so reluctant to leave our frenchie and with this place we feel comfortable and at ease he will have a lovely time an be fine. Thank you for such a lovely warm welcome :)

Eva has spent the last near fortnight here. When we picked her up she was exceedingly happy to see us, but had obviously been very well cared for. She had eaten all her food and had 'got on' well with everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and the kennels are very clean and well organised, with large fields for exercise. We were very pleased with them.

We always feel happy to leave Ned for a stay at Oaklands kennels when we go abroad (or can't take him away with us). The staff are so friendly & Ned's tail starts wagging when he goes into reception! They are very attentive to Ned's medication & food requirements & will send photos to let me know how he's doing. I also used to bring my 2 old greyhounds here & they also seemed very happy to stay 😊

Oaklands are absolutely amazing. I contacted them last year about accommodation for my adopted dog who came with his own challenges. They said they were willing to work with him and around our needs and they’ve done that and more. They are absolutely amazing with him. The team are always lovely, friendly and you can tell that they really care about the dogs they’re looking after. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here.

I have been boarding my beagles here for 5 years (multiple times per year) and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else! Oaklands is an extremely well run kennels, with very organised staff members who care about all of the dogs that board with them. My beagles have always been very well looked after and they always come home tired, relaxed and calm from having so much fun/exercise. I would fully recommend Oaklands to anyone.

My dog loves spending time at Oaklands. The staff are really great with him as he is a boisterous, enthusiastic dog! Booking is easy, the kennels are clean and secure. He receives regular exercise, food, treats and lots of fuss. They also provide transport which is a really helpful additional service. Would highly recommend Oaklands - both for boarding and day care.

Such an amazing kennels. It was Rex’s second time in kennels. He was amazing. The staff were so knowledgeable and kind. I felt really comfortable dropping him. It was very trust worthy place. This is now my go to kennels

Just collected a very happy dog from Oaklands. It was her first short (four days) stay. She will be going again in July, and although there is no place like home, I can look forward to a worry-free week's holiday knowing my dog will be safe, exercised and cared for.

Very happy with our first experience at Oaklands. We have an extremely nervous labradoodle who does not usually do well in kennels. He loves other dogs but not people who he doesnt know. He has come back happy and full of beans after just one night. Consequently we have booked in again later in the month for a weeks stay.

My spaniel Murphy stayed for 9 nights his first time in kennels. What a brilliant place Oaklands is he has been so well cared for and so have I. The girls sent regular photos and updates which helped my peace of mind . Would definitely recommend and use again . Thank you so much

I have used oaklands boarding kennels a few times for my 2 cockapoo's - we book luxury kennels so i dont feel bad leaving them - not that theres anything wrong with standard.
They both seem very happy to go im and come home happy after their stay. We were delayed from our holiday recently and they were able to stay an extra night.
Highly recommended oʻ

Looked at a few local Kennels and then chose Oaklands on recommendation. We have now used these kennels for over 2 years after being greeted by the owner and staff with such care and consideration. The environment is great and is away from roads and other disturbing sounds and the staff are always friendly. The kennel facilities are better than the other local ones we had visited and I feel they care very much about the welfare of our dog.
When she needs it we get her groomed here too
She goes in happily and comes out happy, what else is there to say.

First time we have boarded our dog. The staff at Oaklands are very dedicated and the response time is very quick. The impressive facilities speak for themselves. The pet transportation is well organised, clean and reasonable. We will definitely try the additional services in the future. We are grateful to have found the perfect kennel for our favourite family member.

Very happy with my experience of Oaklands kennels. My dog has been for quite a few daycare sessions, weekends and also a 2 week stay.
She is always excited to arrive there and it is clear she is well looked after during her stay. Staff are very friendly and professional.
