Zizzi - Stafford

Luke our server was brilliant, very attentive and checked we were ok for drinks (not too often, just the right amount). Delicious food and lovely atmosphere.

Lovely food and good service. We had a very chilled evening. Although it was busy, the waiting on staff were attentive and polite.

We tried the vegan menu at Stafford and it was delicious! So many times when replacing meat it seems to be the trend to go overboard with spices, not necessary!!...Zizzi have captured the right balance between deliciously flavourful, not bland but not ridiculously overwhelming with spice.

Our server Emma C was an absolute 💯 delight, attentive and professional. We will not hesitate to have many more return trips to this popular restaurant.

Lovely staff, amazing food & a great little cocktail selection

The black truffle rustic pizza was a revelation! Staff were smashing. Definitely will return.

No need to book. Went to the cinema nearby and got a table straight away. Starters main and pudding off the more the merrier menu at 25.95 each plus drinks. 4 in our party - lovely meal.

First time going to Zizzi and I have to say I am mighty impressed. For a start the service was excellent with frequent checkups of how we and our food are. The atmosphere was nice and calm (for a new year's day) and the food was absolutely fresh and fantastic. My order consisted of:

Starter: Mozzarella and garlic bomb with a roquito hot honey base (by far my fav and I wish I got 2) highly recommended

Mains: Rustica triple cheese half and half pizza (the tastes of sweet and hot complimented eachother expertly and for a pizza I was impressed, base was soft and crispy full of flavour)

Ravioli di Capra (soft filled pasta pillows with amazing filling and flavour)

Desert: Black forest fondant (expertly presented with chocolate and ice-cream with a taste of sweet cherry)

All in all I am very happy with my visit and the staff and chefs should be proud of themselves. 100% recommended. Massive well done to you all.

First time experiencing Zizzi with the kids. No wait for table, excellent staff, sat near kitchen and we were able to see the food being prepared. Reasonable waiting time between ordering and food arriving at the table. The food itself was excellent - we ended up with five empty plates. The orders were all correct with no delay getting food to the table. We took advantage of some vouchers so paid roughly £8 each for main and shared sides (without drinks). Without vouchers this would have been closer to £15-£20 each.

I went with my wife on Fathers day without booking and we were served greatly. The staff was very friendly and professional, the food was tasty and well resented. We received complimentary pasta crisps, which we never tried before but they were great too. We had also some great calamari fritti (fried squid) as stater and then I took the fish and my wife some great ravioli with goat cheese. For desert a tiramisu.
We will surely come back and would recommend to anyone willing to have a nice Italian treat a a fair price.

Lovely meal for my 60th Birthday. Food, drinks and service were fab. Special thanks to Luke for trying to sort out my gift card (which failed to register) he just knocked the value off the bill anyway. Excellent customer service. We will definitely return soon.

We have just returned from a lovely meal here. The food was fresh, hot, and delivered quickly. Our waiter Leo was extremely polite and went the extra mile to ensure we always had enough drinks and were happy with our food - fantastic service. We struggled to use our buy a gift voucher and another member of staff was happy to help us sort it even though it took a while. Will defiantly be visiting again.

We were served by Leo and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and kept us updated on the food too. We also had a Buy a Gift voucher and Luke helped us to sort out the code when we were struggling.

Service
My wife is in a wheelchair.
Access was great, staff were very helpful, and when she transfered because the chair wasn't comfy enough they found us a bench seat with no problem at all.
Also they made sure our food was ok but not to much as to disturb us, if you know what i mean.

Food
Our group didn't have starters but we all had a pizza.
The pizza was more money than expected, but when it arrived the size and quality made it worth the money and it tasted lovely. All of it looked made fresh in house and very fresh.
Only comment i heard was, "I wish they made a pizza of just the pork with the yellow peppers on it" she enjoyed that side more.

Drink
I tried a mocktail, this was really nice and refreshing. Everyone else had bottled water.

Desert
We all had cheesecake except my wife who had the chocolate cake.
I don't know if it was made in house or just dressed in house, but all was very lovely.

Overall
Price:
A bit high but worth the service and quality.
Service: couldnt do more, they even asked us if we wanted a box for what was left.
Food: fresh, good quality, not a long wait and tasty.
Building: accessable and manoverable.

We will be going back, soon I hope

Myself and my husband came for food here today. We hadn't booked a table but the host managed to find us a table. Grace was very kind and had moved us to another table as the sun was shinning in our eyes. Throughout our visit, Grace kept checking in on us to make sure everything was ok and I felt like she was happy to accommodate anything we needed. Will definitely be coming back.

Luke our server was fabulous and helped us order and save money on the bill. Very personal service. Made the visit highly agreeable.

We went on Saturday, was very busy and loud, we had to wait for service a bit but they all were very nice tho. Everything what we ordered was delicious especially fries in bolognese sauce, pizza and salted caramel brownie 😋❤

Called in by chance yesterday. There were plenty of tables available. Had two good meals at a reasonable price with good service. Overall we were pleasantly surprised. Will try to call in again.

Absolutely amazing pizza, went here for an unexpected work lunch, served really quickly and everyone was friendly!

Anniversary meal well looked after. Plenty of choice. Sea bass was delicious with yummy veg including artichoke.
