Woodland walk good for dog walking or with the family. Some paths can be very steep. Small waterfalls on one of the longer paths. Inkies smokehouse on the car park which is free to park but can get very busy.

Loved the tranquility of this area walking our dog on and off lead which allowed her to go have a dip in areas of slow moving water. The sound of the water is so calming.

Parking, next to Inkies Smokehouse, can be difficult but we arrived early enough to bag a spot for a few hours.

Great walk. Can be very slippery underfoot after some rain.
Went in the week not many people about. There are plenty of dog waist bins dotted about. Cafe in the car park looks nice too

Some beautiful walks in a quiet and natural part of Bodmin Moor and an added bonus is parking here is free. It is not the biggest of waterfalls but a pleasurable to visit.

Stunning woodland walk alongside the upper reaches of the river Fowey… car park is free and is busy especially weekends. The area is managed now with easy access paths and fencing to protect the natural space as much as possible given its popularity. The managed area only goes so far.. and beyond this it is very tricky to navigate as the terrain is still in the hands of nature. The river twists and turns with lots of mini falls all of which are why it’s popular. Be prepared for lots of people and dogs as it is a victim of its own beauty and popularity. Inkies Smokehouse BBQ has some great offerings of food and is very different to the usual Cafe outlets. Recommended.

Lovely place for a walk, popular with dog owners. Has changed since I last went though, now that they have put fencing around the usual path for environmental reasons. Not a trip that will take hours but good for an hour maybe, with the family/pets. There is a cafe/smokehouse In the car park and porta loos. Parking is free as date of writing, can get busy though.

Excellent place, beautiful walk, many different paths, ultimately leading to the same place. We went in the evening so only a few other visitors. Free car park across the road

Beautiful place for a walk, accessible wise not too steep but mostly an uneven surface. Great little free car park with a BBQ restaurant. Good signage showing routes. To the falls and back was about an hour with a couple of detours and stops for pup exploration and watching the water.

Took our grandson to visit, beautiful walk, but stick to the paths. Off roading is very uneven. Worth the wait

Beautiful nature walk along the river or over the top. Very picturesque and worth a visit if you are in the area.

At the end of your walk there is Inkie's Smokehouse for a drink or something to eat.

Beautiful scenery in the most fantastic location. Shame the cafeteria area was closed.

There is no entrance fee, car park is also free. It's bit difficult to find with satellite navigation, it takes you on wrong place.
It is beautiful waterfall with a lovely walk to it. It's feel like you are in fairytale dreamland when you end up at waterfall.
It's not suitable for women with pushchair or people with disabilities. Some areas can be very muddy, so wear appropriate shoes.
I recommend this place for all tourist

Lovely late afternoon walk with the dog.
Free carparking.
Good quality paths, still a little muddy after the recent rain.
The waterfalls have 2 viewing areas which are either high up or closer by the falls. The falls aren't that much really, it's more the walk around which is nice.
Roads to and from are narrow but just about accessible in an RV
With a local cafe located on the carpark and free toilets.

Very beautiful for a short walk and free! Free parking at the diner opposite (but definitely worth a visit too)

Lovely place to stop and have a walk! Free carpark with toilets. There's a food place called Inkies but would double check its open if you're relying on it. There are three different walks available depending on the time you have and your ability.
The dog very much enjoyed the mini beaches hidden at different points.
The forest is also a rainforest, lots of wildlife about! Especially birds we saw a few.
Would definitely recommend a visit.

Beautiful place for a dog walk. Free car park with a cafe and toilets. It's not pushchair friendly, and some paths aren't really carrier friendly. The main path is smooth walking.
The woodland is stunning with many beautiful old trees. The river flowing through with waterfalls is majestic and really peaceful to sit and watch for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Golitha Falls.

Lovely place for a walk, would recommend walking boots as it's rather muddy and wet. The waterfalls are nice and there is a short circular route option if wanted but you miss the waterfalls with that option. Huge carpark opposite so no trouble with parking.

Very pleasant walk through some ancient woodland next to a small river. The waterfalls are more like rapids than plummeting waterfalls but very enjoyable. Was very quiet when we went but by the wear on the paths and surrounding areas looks like it can get very busy.
