Lovely campsite, very spread out, with neat kitchen and shower block and separate bar area. We stayed in Shepherds hut and it was so cute. The owners have thought of everything, from outdoor football golf to gorgeous lights and everything you need in the hut. We would definitely stay there again. Really cosy and rustic, perfect

What an amazing site. The owners have thought of everything. The bell tent was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the fenced off area our tent had was perfect as it blocked out tons of the wind. Table, chairs and firepit plus a hammock. All of this just for us.
As for the site. Games galore for everyone. So much space around each plot. The barn area was great in the rain and the addition of the kitchen made it perfect.
We are looking to book for half-term and again next summer, as this place
is our idea of heaven.
Thank you Matt

Well what can one say...an absolute gem of a camp site. We stayed for four nights in the Barn Owl Yurt which Matt upgraded us to as it was empty and we really wanted a log burner to keep us toasty at night. Very spacious, with sweet little chests of drawers to put our clothes in. Our two grown up children also came a day later and there was still plenty of room, even with the double mattress pulled out. A great private space outside with a very comfortable hammock (we all managed 40 winks in it!) and a fire pit/bbq with a large table and 4 chairs. Showers and kitchen delightful and plenty of room to make any kind of meal in the well equipped kitchen. Very peaceful with beautiful sunrises and moon shining over the sea. Matt, Penny and her husband (sorry, I've forgotten your name) were the perfect hosts and always happy to give advice and information. Thanks for a brilliant time, we'll be back X

Beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. Lovely yurt in a secluded spot with great communal kitchens, showers and loos. Fresh eggs from the resident hens. All the accommodation is very well spaced out so it’s definitely a great place for just listening to the birds and the breeze in the trees. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again .

Absolutely stunning! Stayed in Barn Owl yurt with beautiful views and a warm log burner. Basic but everything you need is there, including some communal social space. My wife was worried due to a couple of negative reviews from last year, but the manager we met was lovely and very helpful. Still thinking about our stay now, we love this part of Cornwall and will be staying here again.

Stayed just one night last night 2 adults and a 6yr old in the stargazer hut and apart from the horrendous weather and storm that came in later it was absolutely fabulous everything you need was there unfortunately due to the weather we couldn't use our fire pit and outdoor facilities but did manage a game of football golf before it got to bad went into polperro for dinner and had a lovely sleep great comfy beds will definitely come back again hopefully when the weather is better and we can get to enjoy more of this fab quirky place 😀

Just come back from a few nights over Easter. Wonderful place, so quiet and relaxing, with stunnings views of the Cornish countryside. The manager Matt is very accomodating and made us feel very welcome. The communal kitchens are good with everything you need , also a modern clean toilet block. We'll be back for sure !!

Amazing, secluded campsite with good facilities on site. No power in the yurts but great escape from the digital world. Power and hot showers in the double shared kitchen, to be shared with only 5 other pitches. Great views with the sea in the distance and only 20 min walk to Polperro, a lovely little fishing town. If you do want to eat in the town you should definitely book in advance as most places are fully booked. We ate at the Nelson which has very long waiting list but amazing french cuisine, the lobster was to die for. On out way home stopped off in Looe which is much bigger lots more to do, bigger beach and lots more places to eat. Lastly the Lost Gardens of Heligan are about 50min drive away and was fantastic!

Excellent facilities, clean and tidy quiet little site on the edge of Polperro. Will definitely stay again. There are a few yurts, a bell tent and gypsy wagon type thing. There are communal areas to relax inside and out and some basic kitchen facilities. All in all, very good despite terrible weather

Beautiful location at the top of a hill (quite a climb from Polperro if you're not mobile but taxis available) away from everything, stunning star gazing and dawn chorus from all the wild birds (bring earplugs/eyemask if you want a lie in!) The Skylark yurt we stayed in was super with double bed, log burner and little private outdoor bit with hammock, chairs and firepit. The kitchens are decent, as were the bathrooms (water pressure better than some hotels we've stayed at). A crazy footgolf and fresh farm eggs a stroll away. Highly recommend

I love this place, we stayed in the new shepherd's hut, it has a 2 ring stove and a wood burner for colder nights, there is also a communal kitchen. Toilets and showers are clean. There is an outdoor communal eating area. We had our own fire pit and Matt supplied a BBQ. It's ideal if you want privacy. So peaceful. We will be visiting again. A very good base for visiting Looe, Polperro and Fowey. Also thanks to Milie and Archie, very helpful and friendly (and the fish was delicious 😁) x
