absolutely fantastic service from Ryan of Phil cavender caravan service and repair. We arrived at our caravan in storage to prepare for going away in three days and found we had a problem with the battery not working. Contacted Phil and within 20 mins Ryan arrived at our storage and sorted the problem. Cannot recommend the company enough. They also service our caravan too. Phil, Ryan and Vince are great guys with a wealth of knowledge. First class service

Aw lovely place to get a caravan repair. Me and Phil went into this place as our caravan was struck by lightning and was in bits. These guys fixed it right up and returned it looking brand new. Thanks guys. Phil is over moon!

We have an Autosleeper Warwick XL purchased new from Spinney Motorhomes, we've had a number of issues from the outset and unfortunately never found Spinney particularly truthful or helpful and had no confidenceinthem. One issue has always been the solar panel not working correctly and more recently battery issues. Also the main big skylight broke earlier this year.
Phil was recommended to us and from our first conversation regarding the solar panel/battery/electric issues everything Phil said made total sense. We left the van with Phil to enable him to replace the skylight but more importantly they created various scenarios and tested all the electrics and the battery drain. This methodical process showed that the solar panel had never been correctly installed, a fuse had blown and it was best if we turned the main power unit off when not using the van to prevent any trickle drain on the battery. With this additional information and the solar panel now being correctly installed we will (hopefully) no longer experience the same problems we have been.
Phil and his team have renewed our confidence in motorhome specialists.

Have to say a big thank you to Phil and his team for a rapid no nonsense repair. These guys were brilliant 24 hours later back up and running for my holiday. Vince the engineer who came out was a true gentleman he went above and beyond to get me back on the road . Once again thank you .

Very pleased with the work and service. Called and got my Eriba Pan (25 years old) booked in the following week. Regular communication and very accommodating in terms of picking up the van. Would highly recommend.

I was let down by the company I brought my caravan from big time. Messaged these guys out of hours. To my suprise they messaged me back and after a few messages my caravan was booked in last minute but its 3rd year service. Took it to them today for opening time. They kept in touch with me through out the day. Even booked me in for next year when I collected my caravan. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone especially as they also do mobile too.

Had a habitation check and Alde heating service to my motorhome. Ryan who carried out the (at home service) was very thorough and excellent at explaining things. I did have a issue with a small leak on the Alde system after. But Phil and Ryan were quick to come back and solve it. Spending extra time to make sure the problem was resolved. As a good will gesture they offered me 50% discount on my next habitation check. So very happy all resolved and the service I received from Ryan.

Phil and Vince first came to service my caravan in its storage facility as it had been stood for some time and I didn't feel safe towing it until it was checked. They arrived on time and got to work, they were very very helpful and knowledgeable about my caravan needs and other products available to suit. After the service there was some work that was required which I booked in to be done at the workshop. They really helpfully kept my caravan for several days and took their time to remain within my budget. On top of all the work they did I had a valet done which was incredible. I have since been asked whether I have a new caravan (its a 2005). I can't thank Phil and Vince enough for their time and patience and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Really knowledgeable guy. He was happy to take the time to teach a complete novice how everything works after completing a habitation check on my motorhome. For me, this was priceless. Remedial work prices were fair. Great guy with a great team. I will be using this company again.

We can not Phil fault and his team. We were in Southern Spain when the handle of our caravan broke off. We phoned Phil and sent him photos and he talked me through what to do. I hold him and his workmates in the highest esteem. Wonderful service!!!!!!!

Phil is great value for money and is always willing to give advice on issues, be it maintenance or swapping vans. He is honest and very knowledgeable. Having the caravan serviced at home is so easy. Would recommend him to anyone

Called to see my caravan with damaged breaks at short notice. Arrived in 30 mins and gave a full diagnosis of the problem. Full brake failure so couldn’t repair it but I can’t recommend him enough!

Will be booking for the annual service (hoping to get the issues today fixed with the dealer as is a new to us caravan)

Have just used Phil again though i’m a pretty competent DIYer. Last time Phil serviced the brakes on my caravan. This time, he changed the element and serviced the hot water boiler. Phil is a very competent caravan technician. His charges seem to me to be better than reasonable.
Caravan safety encompasses gas safety, electricity safety and obviously road safety. Phil is a man who can be trusted to ensure that your caravan is safe, reliable and sound. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
