Bolly Bhangra Fit - Cambridge

Such a fun dance class with no pressure even if you're slower at picking up moves like I am - Sophie's so patient and has a great way of explaining steps (I've finally mastered a classic move that I'd been trying to learn myself from the music video for years!) Really glad I found this class.

I am super glad to have Sophie’s class in Cambridge. She’s a fantastic instructor , who makes learning fun and easy and also takes suggestions for favourite songs! I’d highly recommend coming to one of her classes and you’ll be a regular . I hope we continue the classes for the foreseeable future <3

I recently took Sophie's Bhangra dance class and it was an absolute blast! The class was well-organized and Sophie was a fantastic instructor - she was patient, fun, and really made the class enjoyable for everyone. The class was a great workout and I loved learning the Bhangra dance moves. I would highly recommend Sophie's class to anyone looking to learn Bhangra or just have a fun time dancing! 5 stars!

Well I can’t be more happy after I found a Bollywood style fitness in Cambridge. Sophie is just an awesome trainer and dancer. Had so much fun in the first class itself that i wouldn’t want to miss any future classes. It’s fun and calorie burner at the same time. Definitely recommend taking a class and then I am sure you will be one of the regulars.

Never done Bangra before so this was a brand new experience. Enjoyed every bit of it. Sophie was a wonderful instructor and really down to earth. She helped me every step of the way and honestly I feel like I could even be part of a choreography after just one session. Would really recommend whether you're a beginner or someone who's already well versed.

My first ever time doing this dance style and it was so much fun! Sophie made the dance really accessible and enjoyable to learn, great energy from everyone in the room :) highly recommend

Me and the missus decided to give this a try and as with anything new originally we were skeptical and a bit worried about not being able to fit in among others whos progresses are far ahead of ours. However after trying we couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone was friendly from the members all the way to Sophie who instructed us. In fact Sophie was a huge help in guiding us on which steps to take to improve as well as helping us fit in. The community was wonderful and everyone was kind and welcoming to us. Huge thanks to Sophie for the hard work taking care of us rather than just running it like any other class. 10/10. Would recommend to others to pop down and learn. Great to experience other cultures. Amazing experience.

Sophie is a brilliant dance teacher and really makes the classes so enjoyable for everyone. BBF is an awesome place to learn how to dance, you can come for the socials and dance the night away. I would highly recommend BBF to anyone!
