We chose Gavin to be our estate agent after having our house on the market for over two years and three failed sales. Gavin's targeted approach achieved more viewings than all of our other agents put together and secured an offer that we were happy with. His attention to detail and help throughout the whole sale process ensured that everything went through smoothly and (in this case) very quickly. Gavin's charges may be higher than those of most agents but we were more than happy with this as the results that he achieved were exemplary.

Gavin has been so helpful with our house purchase - always on the end of the phone if we need something, always positive and cheerful (which helps in stressful times!)
He was very accommodating with our requests and facilitated excellent communication between us and our sellers. He made sure our move day went as smoothly as possible from his side and since moving in he has provided us with details of local tradespeople.

I contacted Gavin Human in early August to enquire about a property near March in Cambridgeshire.
Once Gavin had received my message he got back to me same day and he was extremely friendly and genuinely willing to help us find a property that met our requirements.
I didn't feel or receive any pressure from Gavin, which is somewhat unusual in the world of property sales, and we simply discussed the property I wished to view and our 'must haves' where a new home was concerned.
We arranged to view the property the following week but due to a mild virus we had to postpone the viewing for a week.
When we viewed the property Gavin was happy to spend as much time as was necessary to show us every aspect of the house and garden and was able to answer all our questions. Again, there was no pressure whatsoever and my wife and I felt relaxed and comfortable.
Gavin was happy to give us as much time as we needed to discuss the pros and cons of the property and likewise happy to show us around the house for a 2nd viewing.
We decided that the property was not quite right for us and we chose not to view a 2nd time.
Throughout our dealings with Gavin he was just exactly what every estate agent should be, but rarely are. I cannot recommend him highly enough and leave this review with sincere thanks from my wife and myself.

Gavin Human has been very accommodating and quick to respond on any queries and requests throughout the process from viewing to completing purchasing of the property. He facilitated communication and quick responses between all parties involved.

I instructed Gavin to sell my property. All started well. A sale was agreed. Throughout the transaction, I constantly chased, calls were never answered only early mornings or late at night., as he has no staff and tries to manage everything himself. He let a surveyor into my rented home and left him there, without my knowledge, who damaged furniture. Finally after 4 wasted months the sale fell through. I was told the buyer was ready to go and was in rented accommodation. A complete shambles from start to finish. All lies This evening the keys have been returned after 2 weeks waiting, as the property was empty. The wrong keys to some other property I have received. He is over stretched and cannot manage his work load as a one man band. Sells you an inflated service, with poor results.
