Absolute legends. Thank you to the business owners, they were super helpful. Provided a swift response, undertook a diagnostic of my laptop and fixed issues, as well as suggesting tips for preventing recurring issues I've had in the past. I'm extremely grateful.

This gentleman has a heart of gold. I had a HP spectre x360 with issues around the camera being blank when turned on but could still take pictures. I contacted HP technicians and they did all the reboots , reset the computer system and other procedures which were ineffective in the end , then they asked me to take it to another technician citing they don’t produce the software needed due to age of computer (2018) . Fortunately, I work in Carmarthen and I was directed to see KO repairs and immediately I explained my concerns, he told me the possible issues and all he did didn’t last more than 2 minutes , he resolved the longstanding concerns and didn’t collect a penny from me .
Am still amazed by his kind gesture and I applaud his expertise too.
I will certainly encourage and recommend his services to anyone with concerns around gadgets/electronics as he’s the BEST in the business.

Omg my computer was no longer working i rang KO Repairs Ltd and they supplied me with a new one and they entered on all the software i needed they also set up my Printer nothing was to much trouble for them. Amazing service i am so so happy i took my Tower home and now my computer is working and so fast and i have all the software i need. If you need a Laptop or Computer just ring them they are so helpful and if i need any more Laptops or Computers i will go back to them again. Thank you so much KO Repairs you have made me so Happy. They provide very Good Value, Good Quality and there prices the charge are so good.

Took my apple iphone to the Apple store in Carmarthen as I was having problems with it. They took the phone off me for 2hours and when I went back to collect it they told me there was nothing they could do. I then googled phone repair shop and this shop came up. I phoned, and the guy on the phone told me to bring it in for him to have a look at it I took it in and he said to leave it with him within 30 mins he phoned me and my phone was fixed. Really nice and very helpful man will definitely be using his services in the future. Thanks.

Absolutely phenomenal service, I can't recommend Josh enough, he gets the repairs done in record time with quality parts and is accomodating too! I can honestly say I will be returning when I need some tech repairs, I felt like nothing was too much trouble.

Delivery for new screen took a few days but was able to have my repaired phone back within 2 hours. Very happy to be able to see my phone properly again. Thanks very much 👍👍
