Amazing therapist! Had a massage for my birthday, was the best one I have ever had. I’ve always had a knot in my shoulder and Gracie managed to relieve it. Would highly recommend. I booked another appointment the same day and plan to have regular treatments as I work out most days.

Great first session with Gracie to help with tight hamstring, calves and lower back. Friendly, approachable, providing information/explanations/advice as and when. Great facility that's relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a sports massage.

I've been looking for a new massage therapist for a little while now and Gracie has filled the spot! I've only seen her once so far and she's helped me with an on going shoulder issues I have and it's nice to finally seeing results after months. Not only did Gracie help relieve an injury but she has also provided me with advice on exercises that I can do to help gain strength in that area and prevent any further injury

My sessions with Gracie were exceptional. Her expertise in sports therapy was immediately evident, and I felt in capable hands from start to finish. On separate occasions Ive had a sports massage and recently had dry cupping. Both treatments were incredibly effective, with instant relief and promoting my flexibility. Gracie's passion for helping shined through and had a genuine care for myself as a client and in what she was doing.

Booked in with Gracie for an hour and I can highly recommend. Working 6 days a week and trying to keep up with sport, my body was constantly aching.

Gracie has been brilliant with dealing with my slipped disc problems by relieving my lower back pain and helping me relax as my muscles have tensed up especially with her new cupping treatment i had and has gone the extra mile to advise me of stretches and workouts that can help relieve my symtoms at home

Great experience here! Gracie was great throughout, and knew exactly what she was doing. Came to her with a pulled quad and in a lot of pain. She did great to relieve some of the pain, swelling and tension! Would definitely recommend to others
