The mobile app made booking a breeze. My driver Aaron was a legend and made the long journey fly by with charm, good humour and even found somewhere to get me a bacon butty on the way back. Cheers mate!

I really can't rate the service high enough. From booking, then the confirmation of booking, to telling you your taxi has arrived... (Absolute dream)... The driver was friendly, polite and was like being picked up by a member of the family.

What a fabulous taxi service. Lyn who took my call was really helpful finding the postcode I needed to get to my destination. The two drivers that we had were very helpful and courteous and nice clean taxis. I would certainly recommend this company. A big thanks to all.

We were looking for someone to pick up my brother who had spent many weeks in hospital following a stroke. Because we are not living in the area I contacted Bluewave to ask if they could pick my brother up following discharge and take in some miles to Shropshire. Excellent. Mohammed was punctual, pleasant and very helpful loading/unloading a wheelchair. The female receptionist when we booked was most welcoming, articulate and helpful. We will definitely use this firm again.
