THE BEST POST OFFICE IN CAMBRIDGE, i come here maybe 4-5 times a week and i never have a single bad word to say about the place. Chrissy behind the desk is maybe one of the best people ive had the pleasure of being served by and theres never a day she does not have a smile on her face. Highly recommend this post office

We have used this Post Office for 10 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Chrissy is amazing, she knows everything there is to know and has unrivalled experience. Anil is a wonderful owner, extremely helpful and friendly. The Post Office offers so many services including banking which saves taking trips to the town centre banks. Their new stock of stationery supplies has also got me out of a bind on multiple occasions!

I see some reviews here explaining that the customer service here is below standard. I would like to dismiss this.

Today I went to post a package, containing contents with a value of over £300+. So naturally I have some suspicion of who I'm selling this to. I had been contacted by someone via 'Facebook Market Place' which I have used several times to sell on; always in cash, never an issue. This time, I was thinking a bank transfer or similar would be perfectly safe. WRONG!

I took my suspicions with me and asked both of the workers in the post office, and their immediate alarm bells went off. They had heard similar scams before. Lets just say we hatched a plan and they guided me all the way to the end.

I now haven't ben scammed after being on the EDGE of losing my valuable package, and also I would've been out of pocket '£££'. Thanks to their insight and awareness, and genuine care that I didn't end up screwed over, they saved me ALL THE STRESS NO ONE NEEDS. STAY SAFE. Be aware and be grateful to those who serve us. Chrissy is the model of what Post Office employees should be - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The jerks at the "MAIN" Post Office on St Andrew's Street were totally UNHELPFUL - thankfully there are still some folks around who care about customer service

This is simply the most convenient and friendly post office I have ever been to in my life, not just in Cambridge but anywhere. I had three parcels, all of which I packed in the store itself and I was in and out in less than 6 minutes. Although the office on Regent St. is nice, it is always busy and crowded. This one, however, on Napier st is simply blissful to deal with. Thank you to the wonderful staff and keep up the great work! Don't listen to the negative reviews, many of which seem tinged with racism against immigrants and a despicable sense of entitlement toward working class folks.

Most excellent, calm, efficient service ... I would be lost without the Post Office ... that was then ... this is now Aug 2018 ... new staff ... neither polite nor useful ... wrong line of work for them ... 23.8 went today to collect a couple of parcels, dread in my heart but Chrissie was there! with her usual calm, polite, professional service ... she needs to run the place!

Friendly staff always willing to help. Great little post office offering range of services. I have been using this post office since 2018 and had only positive experiences.

Professional and courteous service here - the woman working even suggested how to save money by splitting the shipment into two separate packages.

An excellent post office, very fast , friendly and helpful, also selling essential products and maintaining well made social distancing plan.

I've used this post office several times recently and always found the staff friendly and welcoming. I also found Chrissy to be especially helpful and efficient.

The service was very good, I think people should be more patient, we all need to take a breath, and let people do their jobs

Great service as always the lady with short blonde hair is lovely she's been working there for as long as I can remember and I'm 37 Brilliant to have a regular local face it makes my day.

This post office is always open Mon - Fri 9.00...5.30 and Saturday 9-1 never follow googled times.
