I went to Cambridge to look for a ring for my 21st. Went into serval shops however Thomas Sabo definitely has a wonderful selection of male rings. I was served by a lovely young lady who had a few rings on herself! She was incredibly helpful and had a great personality to talk to. I ended up buying "the ring", and I was so sure of it the second I tried it on after looking at so many throughout the day. I can't wait to finally wear it. Thank you for your service and charm

Love this place. So friendly/ welcoming. Sunny is great and makes you feel special even if you are spending 20 to 200. Always clean . No hassle what so ever . I planning my next trip to the store as we speak. Can’t praise enough of the staff,

I have always loved the jewellery from Thomas Sabo and i always find the staff at Cambridge so friendly and helpful. I cam in recently wanting some new rings, we spoke to Kieran and he was really helpful finding me the perfect sizes and what they had to offer! Even allowed me to try in his own!
Thanks so much again for your help and I love the rings I chose!
I also wanted to get my partner a bracelet and Kieran helped in finding us a really lovely beaded bracelet.

I had great experience at their Cambridge store. Especially I want to give a special mention to Keiran, he was easily very helpful. Eventually I ordered the piece I wanted. I would recommend them.

Borey is a superstar what a fabulous member of staff... quick TS give him employee of the year and a massive bonus (we go here alot!) nothing is too much trouble and he always has a smile and a chat. He helps us choose key pieces to go with our style. (Cambrigde store). Thank you Borey x

I came in today (25/02/24) with my sister. we have both been in a couple of times and each time the customer service has been amazing all staff are so nice, helpful, and very funny too.
today when we came in it was for a piercing. James was amazing, he was so funny and sweet, he went through the process in detail so we understand it all. he also made my sister feel comfortable because she has a fear of needles. the whole procedure was very quick. overall everything was perfect, the piercing also looks amazing too.

We came in today for a silver chain and Sunny has been very helpful and patient while we tried on a variety of different ones.

Sunny has also previously helped us with a couple of Haribo collab products and we have been nothing but happy with our purchases so far!

I recently visited Thomas Sabo to have a browse at the rings for my 21st birthday at the weekend. All the staff were lovely especially Ashley who was ssooo helpful and informative. I ultimately went for the ring he recommended and got discount just before the offer ended too! 5 stars I can’t wait for my bday now xx
