Loved the ring my husband got from here. Elegant.

I had no idea what I was doing when entering as I had never been. Bit of a queue but coming up to Xmas is expected. The staff were under immense pressure as the line was building by the minute, they coped with it extremely well under great pressure. I believe I was served by Ella, and she was friendly, polite, patient and very helpful. I was looking for personalised items and had no idea what to do. She literally guided me through the entire process without dropping her smile. I left happy and got what I needed thanks to her help. These are mostly young girls working here and dealt with the busy shop well and didn't let the pressure get to them. The only downside I would say is that these girls are likely paid nowhere near what they are worth.

Customer service is excellent. I enjoy looking around this beautiful shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Love adding to my collections.

My daughter bought me a bracelet which was too big. Went to exchange unfortunately the receipt was two days out ! The young lady was so helpful so polite exchanged it no problem. Thankyou such polite helpful ladies

I had to change a bracelet for a smaller size. I phoned the store to check one was in stock. The assistant was very helpful and had a lovely phone manner. On arriving in store I was greeted with a smile and served straight away. The staff were very friendly and offered good advice. It was a pleasure to shop there.

I went in initially to exchange a ring I had gotten as a present that was too small. It was quite busy, but the women working there had a really good system in place to see people who wanted or needed to be seen. I joined the queue and waited no more than 3 minutes before I was seen. The run in question was out of stock everywhere, but they allowed me to choose another ring in my size for the same amount. Overall very happy with the result, as returning gifts can be a real pain.

Pandora is a great reasonably priced jewellery shop, would recommend to other jewellery community members

Love Pandora.. However I would recommend buying on-line at the Christmas as the shops are always so busy and you have to queue outside, someone then usually comes out to you to ask what it is you wanted to purchase, unfortunately more often than not what you want is out of stock.. Plus buying on-line is hassle free.
