Best barber I've ever had - I was a regular when David had the shop off Mill Road, and now it's arguably even better - easy to arrange a time, and the studio set up he has at home is smart, comfy, clean and stylish. If you're looking for a gents barber who knows what he's doing, great value for money, professional, and an all round lovely bloke - look no further.

Honestly the best barber I’ve ever been to. It’s normally just one guy there cutting hair. He does a Lovely job cutting the hair and makes a lovely atmosphere where there’s no pressure to chat but a great conversationalist if you do want to chat. Can’t recommend enough - my mate who’s just moved from Cambridge to Switzerland also told me that he misses this barber!

Really nice little barbers with a lovely owner and a great consistent haircut. Would highly recommend using here!

My first haircut here in the UK. The barber today (sorry I forgot to ask for his name) was undeniably the most professional and friendly one I've had in years. He pays attention to even the smallest details - preferences, hairline, partings etc. and makes further trimming (with a smile) when I asked if the whole top could go shorter.
It was a very welcoming experience for my first haircut here, and I definitely will be back for more :)

Brought my sons in to have haircuts today. Wow! What a great guy David is, working well with young kids and a grumpy teen. He is a very skilled barber, who listens to what his clients want. We will be back again! Thanks so much. Highly recommend!!

David is a super talented hairdresser - he would be termed a senior stylist in a high street establishment. He cuts hair brilliantly and puts my husband at ease. The place is clean, bright and spacious with some funky modern touches to the decor. What more could you want from a barber? I don't know, but this one is amazing - and all for regular men's haircut prices.

David has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years. He's always kind and professional, the cuts are great, and the chat is good if you want it. I'd continue to get my hair cut by David but I'm moving away. I will miss him and his barbering skills.

Been here twice during my time in Cambridge. Absolutely love the service, and very reasonable cost. I had a barber named David both times who was great to chat to and gave me a flawless haircut.

I walked in for a haircut today after reading all the great reviews and I am very happy to add my own great experience to the list. The barber was a very friendly, kind and sensitive person, who did a very professional job, cutting my hair exactly the way I wanted. The atmosphere of the place is very charming. I would definitely recommend the place! Would give more stars if I could :)

I felt quite comfortable with David and cutting my hair is something that I need to win when I don’t trust yet the barber or the hairdresser. Normally I usually go to my hairdresser in Porto Santo Island in Portugal when I lived there permanently and I don’t like change hairdressers because I have trust issues when I don’t know the hairdresser. It was my first time in this barber in Cambridge and he looks quite talkative and friendly and that is something that I really like. About my hair I like the hairstyle like I told him to do. He did a good work!

Haircut for the grandson and hubby today. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Bernadette is fantastic with Charlie. Loads of patience for the reluctant children. Will definitely be back and would recommend! Thank you.

Have been here for a haircut twice now. David is a friendly guy and has done a really great job of cutting my hair! :) I recommend this place.

Found myself in Cambridge, and needed a haircut so came here after seeing reviews. Wasn't disappointed, barber took his time despite having a full shop of waiting customers. Didn't feel rushed at all and was a great cut. Its a shame I'm not local, but if I'm ever back in Cambridge this will be my first stop. Thanks again!

First time in Cambridge and was well overdue a cut, found this place online and was not disappointed. Great place with a really nice atmosphere and wasn't made to feel rushed in any way. Value for money is a definite 10/10 and am happy say that I will be back anytime.im in Cambridge.

Asked to fix my hairstyle that had been ruined by another barber, even though I didn’t want much done he did exactly what I asked in the exact way I wanted it. Good conversation as well, proper nice bloke! Will be coming here from now on.

I wanted to cut my hair as I didn't cut for a long time, for this reason I was also unsure how to make them. I found this place and decide to go also by trusting the other reviews, and can say it was worth it, I'm really satisfied with the final result.

Lovely place, lovely people. Bernadette is the only person I will trust with my hair now I'm growing it out :) very understanding of queer hair needs too
